This jeweler insisted that I cancel the transaction and told me they could not do it, which I know for a fact is false as I have also sold on the website and buy hundreds of items a month, a few of which get cancelled by the seller. Michaels Jewelers has continued to refuse to cancel and refund my money, even though they have acknowledged they do not have the item. My only hopes of getting my money back are the third party site or my credit card company, wish me luck and don't make the same mistake I did.

I was greeted by Caylin who was super sweet and a pleasure to work with. She even gave me ideas about what I could do with one of the pieces I was keeping. The store is filled with treasures, there's no way you could go there and not see something you want. I felt very happy with the cash I walked out with. The owner, Hawk, was super nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. He even gave me his card and told me that I could text him if I have pictures of jewelry to sell, which makes it even easier.
