Well, I called to check on it and the woman just kept saying "Oh it was a buy" and I tell her that's a mistake, I'd made it clear I was pawning it. She offers NO help or compensation and doesn't bother to see if the phone is even still in the store. I get upset and I raised my voice (my mistake again I know) and said "Ma'am I can't afford to buy another iPhone, it's not my fault you wrote the ticket incorrectly" and she hangs up on me. My husband called back and her husband answers and tells him "Oh well if you want to buy an iPhone from us, we'll give you a discount" Oh great, how nice of you... I call back a week later to check on my other pawn in there and she answers and says "Oh it's her again" and passes the phone.. I was shocked. IN SHORT- They are incompetent, unprofessional, and just an all around terrible business. DO NOT GO TO THIS PAWN SHOP, I BEG OF YOU. This means the item has been inspected, cleaned, and repaired to full working order and is in excellent condition. } this was looking great i also saw that he was a pawn shop and had a phone # so i called and spoke with the owner of the shop and was told it was not a walk in to his shop but his wife's laptop he had bought new back in 2009/2010 and was perfect and all ready to go .... wow!!!! i had been waiting so long looking for this model and this find was so perfect for me ... so i put in a high bid to make sure i was going to get it you all know how e-bay works with it's snipers and all ... well i did win and he sent the laptop and it came with box and all the paper work as stated ... but i turned it on and every thing is running in generic mode video looks like crap {like windows 3.1} sound don't work , card reader don't work , all the custom buttons do nothing , no wired nic no wireless nic, no bio finger print reader no blue tooth , no ir pick up working , and to boot no mother board chip set working ... all was in generic mode all the drivers from acer were not installed not 1 ..... also on the bottom of the laptop are proprietary rubber feet that make the laptop set at a angle higher up on the back and lower in the front this is also how it cools as all laptop suck cool air from the bottom and vent hot air out from the back and sides .. well some one took the rubber feet off all but 2 this was stopping air flow and when you would rest your palms on the palm rest to type it would cause the whole case to flex {that cant be good} .... i e-mailed us_pawn & auto using e-bay and did not get a reply {at least not right away} so i thought i would see what i can do as i have been building high power gammer systems {desk tops} for years ... i new right off the top it had no drivers from acer installed so first thing first i had to get it on line so i could see if windows update would do it up and save me a LOT of time using my desk top i found a driver for the nic and put it in it worked but did not give me n type but i could get on line now so i went to windows update and OMG with in a few min windows update is telling me my copy of windows is fake {a cracked coa} .. ok at this point i e-mail us_pawn & auto again and got nothing back that day .... windows update offered a fix for 99.00 on line so i did it ... at least i got a real vista now but this was not enough to fix all the no driver stuff the windows update still did not give me the acer drivers i needed ... i was able to find a driver disk on line for 25.00 so i got it and made the cd {it was a iso} and after doing windows update and loading the new driver disk the laptop came to life all the buttons worked the screen is full on hd looking great the wireless nic is in n mode , the finger print reader works 5.1 dolby sound working ..... very very nice laptop NOW !!! as it should have been from day 1 ... this took 2 days to get done and i still had not got a reply from the rip off's us_pawn & auto ... so i e-mailed again telling them about how i am going to red mark them due to what i had to do and spend to get it all up to par as the add stated it was to be .... unless they refunded the 125.00 i had to spend to get it up to par. {not even counting the 2 days i had to work on it} and all of a sudden i get a reply from them telling me because i altered the laptop they can not offer a refund of any kind and i am on my own ..... do not do any biz with us_pawn & auto run don't walk away from this rip off place ... this report will go on to yelp and google and yahoo and a red mark on e-bay ... I am contacting corporate today because the employees here tried to play fast and loose with our lay-aways. My husband and I have run multiple successful businesses, and I am astounded at how poorly this branch is ran. They took the SD out of my husband's Nintendo switch without his permission and sold it. We went to pick up our lay-aways and they tried to not release our items to us because my husband, who put it on lay-away - whose finger print in on the file, did not have his driver license (I drove). But he had his social security card on him, as well as a ID from the department of defense and a work ID as well as the cards we have been using to make payments on our lay-aways. After I went in to question them, one of the employees tried to lie to my face and tell me my husband never showed her those ID's or social security card. After asking for corporate's number the manager sheepishly comes out and says he will take a picture ID. I find it ridiculous that I had to go through all these hoops to pay the final payment on our lay-aways and pick them up. Not to mention they have his freaking finger print on file. How is it that a DMV will take a social security card as ID to get your license but a freaking pawn shop wants to make it even more difficult to pick up items, WHILE THEY HAVE YOUR FINGER PRINT ON FILE. SO RIDCIULOUS. "Well we need to make sure it is him". Try using your brain for once, and stop trying to make something so easy, so difficult. If someone's finger print matches what you have on file, well let's think for a minute, is it possible for someone to have the exact same finger print as another person? I know it does not take a degree to work at a pawn shop but let's try to use our brain's for once...Hmmmm.. They have the same exact cards they have used to make payments this whole time- Social security card (which is by far harder to make a fake one then a freaking driver's license) and DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE ID...But no Driver's license? Oh NO! ...OH but they had no issues taking payment over the phone the few times we did it. Complete garbage. We come from big families that have heavily used Trash America Pawn, and better believe we are warning every single person to stay far from this branch. Unless you want to jump through several hoops, and have your stuff sold without your permission. I could go on, but I will stop here and save the rest for corporate. Stay away from this garbage branch. Better pawns out there than this one.

The thing that gets to me is that they give you very little for things you paid a lot for like video games or movies that are not even that old I understand if I had a movie that was from the 90's and I took it there it would be worth very little but movies from 2-4 years ago come on, also if you are looking for a bike really cheap or a TV this is the place to go for very cheap items including movies for like 2 bucks. Also this one give's you less money for your items but are less picky if they have a scratch on it rather then the one down he road in Fern Park that is more picky on movies or games having scratches but gives you more money for movies/ games.
