They eventually called me back to tell me that my computer was ready to be picked up. When I got to the store, there were some new, large scratches on the front of my laptop lid, and on the inside near the trackpad. Also, the space bar sounded much louder when I would click it. Two months after my repair, the replacement DVD drive stopped working, and the entire motherboard had failed (meaning that the laptop no longer turned on). I'm very upset that they had caused cosmetic damage to my computer and had gave me a faulty part. I do not plan on ever coming back, nor do I recommend anyone come here.

Unfortunately it took Cyber Tex 1 week to let me know this. That was unacceptable. The price seemed a bit high - $193 to replace it, but I needed it back asap. Unfortunately (again), when I got it home, it did not recognize me as the administrator, and so back to the shop I went. They repaired it at no charge, but said the files were corrupted, and it was probably something I had downloaded. Duh, that's why I brought it there in the first place, so you would fix it, and then test it to make sure there were no more corrupted files. The final results were OK, but I won't be going there, or suggesting them in the future. They need to work on their customer service, and promised return times.

I have been there a few times where they didn't have it and they called other locations to find it. This is set up like all the other stores, but I do think it might be time to updated this one. Daniel was kind enough to squeeze me into their busy schedule after I missed the appointment I had made (which I still feel awful about!). There was a small spot for me to hang out and work during install. My "upgraded" factory Dodge stereo is not capable of blowing my bumping new Alpine R speakers. My son and I ensured the speakers passed all music type tests, much to the chagrin of the neighbors. I am thrilled with my new speakers! I drive to the car wash just to listen to them. We walked in a few weeks ago and spoke with Greg and he and his colleague (I'm sorry I did not get her name) both went above and beyond to assist while we looked for a wedding band to go with the wedding ring we had picked. We found one we liked but needed it in gold so we left, but Greg followed up as promised leaving a voicemail letting me know he tried to find the ring in gold but was unable to. I appreciated the follow up. A few days later he texted that they had some new options come in we might like and again I really appreciated the follow up without ever being remotely pushy. We walked in a few days later and although Greg wasn't working it was more than fine because Karen gave us a warm welcome, got us taken care of, asked us if we were planning on soldering the rings together or not which we hadn't even thought of and so appreciated the suggestion, and then left with the new wedding band.
