We had little to no hope since it was late Saturday night and needed service on Sunday. These guys not only responded right away (at 9pm Sat, wow!), they offered the lowest rates - they really wanted to help. They showed up as scheduled the next day and started moving right away. The 2 movers were extremely efficient AND careful. We really appreciate that they didn't complain about anything and also figured out a way to navigate thru narrow passages with heavy items - without making a dent or scratch. The only thing we regret was not contacting them sooner and choosing them as our original movers. We can't say enough nice things and HIGHLY recommend Orlando Express Movers. I figured it would be sometime in the future, but she told me that I could bring it right then. It was almost their closing time, and she told me that they would wait for me to get there. I arrived right at closing and dropped off my watch, they were extremely friendly and explained the pricing, which I found reasonable. To my surprise, I received an email two hours later, hours after they closed, explaining that my watch had several aftermarket parts that I was unaware of. When I picked it up, they explained in great detail all the issues they found, which prevented them from working on it. I called the dealer I bought it from, and they gave me a replacement watch, fortunately. I would have never known the issues with my watch and had the opportunity to exchange it, if not for Southeastern Service Center. To top it off, they didn't even charge me. There are still great people, and great businesses, in this world. This is absolutely one of them!!
