Most of the time I just drop off my packages but when I do ship something I am glad the customer service agents understands my international packaging. I print the labels from the usps software and have had some agents not know what it was and I had to fill out customs paper all over again which is complete ignorance on their part---so I am glad when the customer service agents at Wesco understands usps online products.

I went to Sunbelt Equipment & Tool Rental In Harbor City, Ca. I met Joel Trejo behind the counter. Joel said he was the manager. I told Joel that I needed to rent a small vacuum to remove some dust & dirt from my van. Joel had his employee go into the back and bring out a small vacuum. Joel asked me if that would work, I said yes. The employee took off the top of the vacuum and seen a bunch of dirt at the bottom of the canister. The employee apologized to me and said he would bring out another one. Employee brought out another one and it was clean inside, he plugged it in & turned it on and it made a strange sound. I asked him if that was normal. Employee told me that its because the hose was not connected. He connected the hose and installed some kind of bag in the canister and turned it back on and the noise went away. I told the employee "I'll take it". I then told Joel that I needed a long crevice tool attachment so that I could get down in between the van seats. The employee handed me some short rubber thing that did not look like it belonged to the vacuum. I asked the employee to show me how to install it. The employee tried to install it on the long vacuum hose. He could NOT get it to stay on and he handed it back to me and said "Here, your going to need to play with it to get it on". Right there, I should have seen that I was dealing with an Idiot and Not a Professional! I should have walked Out of that dump, but I needed the vacuum. Joel the manager took my credit card and told me that the rental was going to be $76.73. That Was An Over Priced Shock! Joel had already charged my credit card so I took the vacuum and left. I got home and plugged the vacuum in and started to vacuum my van with the hose and NO attachments. I got LESS then half the van vacuumed when realized that I needed the crevice attachment tool to finish the job. Then the vacuum started to make that strange sound again and it stopped sucking. I got Pissed Off and returned the Piece Of Shit vacuum. On the way back to the shop, I started thinking about how all I got was a vacuum that WAS NOT WORKING correctly, a long hose & NO Attachment tools and I was being charged $76.73. When I got back to there shop, I told Joel about my experience and how I was going to leave him and his shop an Honest and Negative review. Joel told me that he is going to Charge me Only $19.74 for the bag that the shop installed. I could have went to the local Coin Op Car Wash and got the same out come for $3.00 I will NEVER return to this shop & deal with these Unprofessional Idiots again!
