I went inside to voice about a how bad a job he did and was given an excuse of them cutting back on chemicals and water, I said the customers should be informed of this because of dirt being ground until the paint and we are paying premium price for the car to be cleaned. The young man came in and I told him this and he called me a long time customer I was a liar, I told him I dont lie and the video there would prove it, He called me a liar again. I told him I'm 64 and have washed cars many years and I know when I getting messed over. He called me a liar again, and I told him ,F!!k you and walked out. ANY OWNER THAT ALOWS A EMPLOYEE TO CALL CUSTOMERS A LIAR NEED TO LOOSE THEIR BUSINESS. I will never go back there and encourage all others to stay away unless you dont care about your car,and and dont complain. I'm a veteran and the one thing I dont do is lie, and I dont like it when I'm called that for no reason except for the fact someone called you out on the crappy job you are doing.

Very manipulative and sketchy. I was clear about the work that needed to be done on my car, when I went to pick it up-pressured me to pay without seeing or checking to see if the repairs were made. Head gasket blew on the way home. I was always polite and reasonable with them-but he blamed me for the car breaking and told me it was my fault he did not do the repairs we agreed on that he said he would do. So they took thousands of dollars from me and my family, in the end the car had to be totalled. And then acts like everyone else is to blame including his own workers. No wonder they are failing and needing to scam customers left and right. The ONLY thing keeping this business afloat is the free garunteed income from being a police impound lot. Shameful.

I went to a real honest mechanic and spent 600 dollars and was back on the road, running smooth. Come to find out they use cheap parts, and my problem was caused by the previous repair from Marcinos. No honesty just a scumbag operation. If they pay to have this removed I will repost over and over everywhere I can.
