They are always fast and there is never a wait. The price is a bit cheaper than other places, but my favorite thing is that they never try to add on a sale. They'll let me know that my wiper blades are trash, but they don't even offer to sell me a new pair. Most places want me to get a new filter, new wiper blades, lots of extra.

The tire was a high performance all season SUV tire. The installer put the tire on with the DOT date on the inside instead of outside where it can be clearly visible to the owner. My tire has a DOT date of "4622". This is deceptive tire sales and I will not do business with them again. Also, remember that they charge a 3% surcharge on credit card purchases which added $12 to my year old tire. Stay away from this place.

Censor tire was still in the same spot and not a single print on the other wheels (I guess Purcell employees think women do not check things like that). Technician checked off on tire rotation he never did (apparently he forgot a second time that he didn't rotate my tires as he completed his check list)! Old man at service counter said, " Sorry, there's nothing I can do about it." He's powerless to hold employees accountable or to make sure their work is completed and done properly??.... but he will definitely take your money for services never rendered! Absolutely appalling. Purcell Tire does NOT care about their quality of work or honesty with patrons, as evidenced. This woman walked back in and got her tire rotation.
