Received a call telling us that they found nothing wrong with it - all our invoice says is they did a diagnostic test. We asked them to drive it for awhile. Upon picking it up on our way back through - they said again they could find nothing wrong with it and it was fine to get it checked out when we got home. Needless to say it started overheating 20 minutes down the highway and we had to stop all the way home to let it cool down - 97 away from home it completely died and we had to have it towed. Contacted to get my money refunded - been 5 days - still no word. Disappointed. They seemed to be nice - but did nothing for us and just cost us more $$.

They are always fast and there is never a wait. The price is a bit cheaper than other places, but my favorite thing is that they never try to add on a sale. They'll let me know that my wiper blades are trash, but they don't even offer to sell me a new pair. Most places want me to get a new filter, new wiper blades, lots of extra.

The tire was a high performance all season SUV tire. The installer put the tire on with the DOT date on the inside instead of outside where it can be clearly visible to the owner. My tire has a DOT date of "4622". This is deceptive tire sales and I will not do business with them again. Also, remember that they charge a 3% surcharge on credit card purchases which added $12 to my year old tire. Stay away from this place.

We dropped everything and got them going and gave them an estimate to fix that door and another. They ok's the work to be done. Work was completed and bill was due on 5/28/22. Here we are 7/29/24 and I still can't get paid. The manager keeps giving excuses on to why Goodyear Tire company, who owns Raben, hasn't paid us yet. If they do not respect my business to pay me in a reasonable amount of time, they don't respect the business over the years I have given them.
