Our experience with this shop…read morehas been one of the worst we've ever had, and the amount of issues we've dealt with after their work is unbelievable. First, they broke our steering knuckle and never took responsibility for it. Then we discovered that the repair we paid for wasn't even done correctly -- they used the wrong bolts (mind you they found a random bolt and cut it off and used it instead), didn't complete the job properly, and said nothing. On top of that, they broke our axle and tried to hide it (picked our truck up pouring differential fluid that had just been changed the month prior) and they damaged our differential sleeve (resulting in us having to buy a new differential) because they kept having to pull the axle out due to mistakes they had already made. We specifically asked if any additional parts needed replacing and were told, "You basically have a new front end." That was simply not true. Critical parts, like sway bar links, should have been replaced during the work they performed. Instead, they left the sway bar links digging into the lower control arms -- the very same control arms they installed. Because they didn't recommend the correct replacement parts for our lift, we're now dealing with another blown axle, plus the already botched bolt work. Every issue we're facing traces back to this shop and no one else. And each time we've expressed concerns, we were met with a nonchalant attitude as if these problems were no big deal. I get it trucks that are older and higher mileage will have issues but you can't point fingers at others when they simply knew what they did was wrong and tried to hide it. If they would have been transparent and honest with me things would be different. I did address them over these issues and they again point fingers and tell us we have a lack of knowledge of mechanics but as we mentioned previously they must be the ones lacking knowledge since they didn't know to replace the sway bar links and left them digging into the lower control arms. We are not wealthy, and we don't have money to keep pouring into repairs caused entirely by negligence and dishonesty. We've spent thousands fixing the mistakes they made, and we have service records and receipts for every issue uncovered after their work. They do not care. They did not offer to help, say sorry, oops, nothing. only played blame game. It says a lot that I wouldn't even trust them to correct their own mistakes -- I'm convinced the truck would come back in worse shape. I've warned others to stay far away from this shop, and unfortunately, we're not the only ones who've had similar experiences. At this point, I don't believe they can make this right, and if necessary, we will be taking further steps. This shop has proven to be completely untrustworthy, and they will never touch our vehicle again. We assure you this review will be met with a defensive blaming response trying to make excuses. We have heard them we don't tolerate excuses you can't blame people for stuff you hid and only you touched. I'm sorry! Just be professional and honest that's all everybody wants.

There's more I don't want to go into detail about, but yall should look him up before letting him come to your home. When we met him, he said he just got out of prison and we regret not looking up why before we let him come to our home. ​it involves children and we have a child. We try to give people the benefit of the doubt but no tolerance for that. He asked about the whole front end. when we priced that he didnt want to pay that so he said he just needed us for lower control arms and to look at his back wheel cylinder bc it had been leaking even after he tried to fix it a year prior. Couldn't fix his own but advertises he can fix yours. We double checked with him multiple times thats all he needed done by us. Each time he confirmed. We priced what he wanted and he agreed to pay it. Ended up a little higher bc we did more​. "It would be the lower control arms and looking at the rear wheel cylinder. I should be able to do the rest" The day he came for the work he brought what we agreed to do PLUS Brakes, shocks, the upper/lower control arms etc. We agreed and double checked multiple times that we were ONLY doing lower control arms and looking at the rear. He didnt want to pay the heavily discounted price to get it all done through us so each time he confirmed and said he could do the rest. We spent hours doing those lower control arms for him. He tried to get us to throw on everything "bc we were already in there" we asked if he was going to pay that price, again he said no. We said we couldnt do it for free so he got to work on the rest in our driveway. He said when when we finished "i should be able to get it finished up" We went to do the jobs we had scheduled that were explained to him in detail before he ever got here, and to pick up our son and an extra kid bc we had completed the work he told us he wanted and they had a 4 day weekend. When he left that night, he told us he may need help the next day, we told him no problem he should be able to help but we also still had 2 left that we didn't make it to that day. He said "ok I believe I should be able to get the front finished up. But will need help bleeding the back brake system" we said sounds great! He ended up not getting here as early and we told him we had to rush to do one in paducah so we may not be here when he made it by but we could help when we got back! He said okay. we were almost done and he asked when we would be back and if we had a grease gun. We told him we did but it was with us and that itd be soon but in about 5 hours we needed to be to the Fulton job. THEN he changed his whole tone. "If job in progress and then you have to leave to go do other job or personal things then leave job incomplete and not sure when job will be completed." "I was having you do the work on the front end of the vehicle. This included upper and lower control arms shocks brakes and also look at the back brake system" After working on it the whole day prior bc he knew what was agreed on. After saying multiple times he DID NOT need us for those things and didnt want to pay what it costed. We were more than accommodating and helpful with more than we agreed to do for the price. I texted him explained to him and sent screenshots of his own words, that is NOT what was agreed on and even the day prior when he tried pulling a fast one for free work we confirmed that. He said okay and apologized when we got back. When we were almost finished with the last job he texts saying he needs more help. Mind yall we'd have had all of this done the first day if he paid for it and just had us do it. He was at our home till midnight and agreed to pay an extra 200 for us to do his rear drum brake. We greased everything and still helped with more. Told him he could pay the next week bc he had to pay rent. He was calling immediately bc the work he did is feeling weird when he leaves. We told him hed need alignment after all this and he sent pictures of it being misaligned so again we had to tell him it needs alignment. When he did that they tried telling him we did his drum brake wrong. We have picture and video proof it was correct but STILL offered to take that off if he paid the 400 for everything else we did. N​ever heard from him again. Saw him out he threatened cops and said to take him to court for our money. We thought he was a great guy. He had shown up to help us a few times with his scan tool before we got a better one, ours at the time couldnt do what was needed. He had sent us quite a few jobs he I guess couldn't do. Please dont trust him. Please look into him and his charges hes been convicted of.

I called for an appointment and I had to wait 3 days!!! I made an appointment for 1st thing Saturday morning. I arrived at 730 when they opened and am still waiting2.5 hours to have tires balanced. VERY SLOW and inefficient. Multiple visits for tire balancing seems unreasonable.
