Great doctors and PAs. Friendly front desk staff...when you can reach them…read more We moved all our care to the UW Medicine system after UnitedHealth Group (Optum) bought out Polyclinic and turned it into a healthcare nightmare. Seemed like a good thing to do, with its ties to UW and its research. Unfortunately, the little 's regime is destroying science and medical research in this country, and the funding that made UW Medicine so good is eroding away. Hopefully, that will change soon. But politics aside, it's still been a good decision for now. UW Medicine is a large system with several good primary care locations that serve as portals into the larger network of specialists and researchers, should the need arise. UW School of Medicine is literally top-ranked for training of primary care physicians in the USA, and many of the providers in UW's Primary Care clinics have been trained through that system. Shared records and collaborative care are helpful. UW having a separate billing system for its labs is NOT helpful, and they've been promising to unify it for almost five years now. It's not that hard (I work in tech), so there must be some internal politics reason it has not happened yet. This needs to be fixed ASAP. All the medical team here is great, but I especially want to acknowledge Lady Danso, MD, and Steve K. Reusser, ARNP, DNP, for their exceptional, competent, and empathetic care. I've also had other providers step in from time to time, and all of them have been great.

Great doctors and care, horrible billing. They are very thorough and will order labs. Beware that…read morethese labs will not be billed through MyChart but instead through a separate billing system. I have additional coverage for these labs (separate from my health insurance). I had to call them to find out there is nothing they can do for me other than provide an email to send my additional coverage to. They are very slow to respond and their phone system has incredibly short hours (9:00-16:00 M-F). I'm still waiting to find out if I owe them $700 for one visit. This is for simply checking me out for dysentery. Absolutely horrible experience. I will not be coming back until they get their billing in order. I don't have $700 and I plan on letting this bill go to collections. I would give the billing department 0 stars if I could.

Any questions/scheduling needs are addressed quickly, their billing is very transparent/affordable and my appointments are always on time. Dr. Scott Greenspahn is very knowledgeable and has helped push me to make progress with both mental and physical health in ways that I am comfortable with. He collaborates to make individualized plans with his patients and checks in on the progress that was made every single visit. He also is fun to talk to and has a great sense a humor. What more could you ask for a doctor?! I moved to Washington a couple of years ago and knew nothing about navigating medical care in a new state. Prior to finding Coho, I called SO many different practices and either did not receive a call back, was overcharged, or was seen by a doctor who did not spend any time getting to know me/didn't care about my overall health. I was frustrated and close to giving up before I found Coho. This practice provided a completely different experience and my opinion is that this is the way health care should be handled by all medial professionals. I would recommend this practice to all of my friends, family, and anyone who is looking for a doctor that actually cares.

Until he put us on the Suboxone program. We have both remained abstinent, with zero relapses. Dr. Scott has an educated, intimate knowledge of how to successfully keep his patients safe and comfortable on Suboxone, and even more importantly how to get us off. Stopping this medication is a long, arduous process and Dr. Scott has the exact protocol to do so SUCCESSFULLY. He has stuck by us through the years and has singlehandedly KEPT us clean, sober and thriving!
