Even though he was thorough in his inspection, the source of the leak evaded him on that initial service call. He was totally perplexed and unsatisfied not to have found the leak. We were advised not to use the propane in the trailer until the issue was resolved. Undeterred, Ian was adamant that he was going to find the source of the leak, so he returned twice more, concerned for our safety, wanting to uphold his reputation, and save us a costly visit to the dealership. We were happy and relieved when the problem was finally identified and repaired - I don't think any other service person could have had better success at finding it sooner. Ian was very fair with what he charged us. He's personable and sincere. We will use his services again if need be.
