I was worried that no one would want to do the work because we were not buying new gutters. Also, our house requires a 20 foot ladder. First we called Leaf Filter, they wanted $8k (first they said $12k hahaha) and that was NOT including new gutters. They said all we needed was their gutter guard. We got Brother Gutters off of Yelp. Best company to work with. I have never had a more polite, on time (scheduling great), and fantastic workers. They know what they are doing. The price was approximately $750.

Quickly inspected the roof and then gave out a fair estimate. Ended up replacing the whole roof, some spots being soft, and also the roof had three layers of shingles where my Dad had previously tried to do it himself. The group of guys sent out were very professional and you could tell they enjoyed their job and were good hearted people. Everything was kept very clean and orderly while working. Not a word was said they just came and began and continued until done. Took about a day and a half. Afterwards cleaned up absolutely everything so that you'd never know they were there at all. This was my first time hiring a roof service and it impressed me very much. It was like they were ready to begin at first sight of my property. Worked hard from first light till dusk. I was given options before beginning on what style and color of roof to get. And upon completion was given a guarantee on their work. No water when hot (but it's an OSHA law) and illegal. The guys in the office get bonuses for the work of the employees on the roofs and do not give any to the ones actually doing the jobs. It's sad when a company that is worth so much does not extend the gratitude to the employees. I would never have a company do a job for me that does not treat their employees like humans. The value of the work is great but the way the workers are treated is savage.

He showed up when they were there but Assessor noted in report to insurance company that Kerrigan / Bryan refused to get on the roof with him because "it was too steep" for him (this is a roofing company, right? That's like Colonel Sanders being afraid of chicken). So they never even visually inspected the roof - at all - and couldn't guide the assessor. Obviously claim was denied, because the could. We moved on but emailed the owner Aaron just letting him know how his brand was being represented. He ghosted as well - no response. Their folder is fancy, but that's all you're gonna get. I'd be humiliated to have my name on something that was this pathetic.

I hired this company to install a gutter on my front porch for about $270. Shortly after…read moreinstallation, I noticed water was running behind the gutter instead of into it, which defeats the entire purpose of having gutters and could lead to damage over time. I contacted them to come back out, and they said the issue was due to a missing gutter apron. However, this was never mentioned or included in the original estimate, and now they are trying to charge additional money to fix a problem that should have been addressed during the initial install. Their own contract states the work would be completed in a workmanlike manner according to industry standards, yet the system as installed does not function properly. To their credit, they did come back out and mentioned offering a discounted solution--but I have not received any follow-up since then. At the end of the day, I paid for a working gutter system, and I don't think it's reasonable to be charged extra to correct an incomplete or improper installation. I would recommend getting very clear, detailed scope in writing before hiring.
