I dealt with Shawn on the sales side and WOW, what an amazing experience. He is super honest and went above and beyond to help out on an out of state sale. He offered to pick me up at the airport and ended up dropping it off there, which saved me a lot of timing driving it back. The car was exactly as described and he filled up the tank. Should be a 0 for service. Had a flat tire on my business vehicle. It was towed to there and when I called to check up on it; the service manager said that he would TRY to have someone look at it late in the afternoon. I remarked that it was just a flat. To make a long story short he told me that he wouldn't work on anyone's vehicle that was rude to him. Vehicle sat for 36 hours with no one going out to check it out. I had already shifted my work load one day since they couldn't or wouldn't look at it the first day it was there. I had to rent a truck for the following day to provide the service that my customers expect. Had the vehicle towed to a tire shop in Conrad where they replaced two tires. So he cost me nearly $100 in Uhaul fees. read more

I called this dealership trying to purchase or lease a Yukon XL. The guy, BILLY, was so rude and treated me so poorly. He simply told me he "won't do a lease" on a vehicle for me because of tax issue, me being from out of state. Sounds like he's looking for a rollover customer that he can sell this vehicle to overpriced so be careful. My husband works for a group of car dealerships in Utah and my dad has been in the car business for 30+years in California and Utah... I can honestly say that I have NEVER been treated like that in all of my leasing and car buying experiences. I suggest you go somewhere else. It was a 5 minute phone call and I can honestly say one of my worst car dealership experiences... Treat your customers with a little respect and kindness, Billy. It will go a long way. read more

We took our 2009 Pontiac there because it was overheating. I changed the thermostat myself and bled the air out of the system with the bleeder on top of the water pump. I explained all this to them the next business day morning. When they finally got it in (over a week later) He goes on to tell me about why the check engine light is on and says all together with parts and labor it is going to cost a little over $1,500. They didn't even look into why it was overheating. I told them not to do anything and went and picked up the vehicle and took it to Bell Motors in Cut Bank after paying their $50 diagnostic fee. I have read other ratings and feel a little perplexed. I don't understand why would you take your vehicle in to get checked or fixed when you complain about the price. One thing I know is engines and the work that goes into fixing them not cheap. If you feel so let down then why'd you drop it off, you know we in Montana nothing's cheap. $1500 and $80 bucks. Probably spend more on home supply. Remember no problems if you keep up the maintenance. Would you cry around if you had a flat tire and they give it to you dirt cheap, knowing you could have paid much more and even went as far as to put it on for you. Life it's just life so live n love be kind. Oh and Northern Ford charges $100 for computer reading lol get it right. Don't you hate when old lady's act like they should get it for free because they old not right. They also know the cost of living. I know my mom's 73 and she pays her dues. An elderly female took her 2006 Pontiac to this repair shop because her low-beam headlights would not come on. After charging her $80 for an evaluation, they quoted her over $1400 for replacing the fuse box and wiring. I'm not a mechanic, but thought that seemed extreme. I thought the fuse box looked fine, so I replaced the headlight relay within that box for $38, which fixed her headlight issue. I believe they would have done the same thing but charged her the $1400. I won't be taking my car there read more
