The alternator went out because when their mechanic put the motor in he didn't bother putting the nut on the cable of the back of the alternator shorting it out well I was under their replacing the alternator which cost $1,000 I noticed that the vacuum lines the clips that hold them on were broken and they just replaced them with zip ties I also noticed that they did not bother to tighten the radiator hoses that were leaking everywhere I got a hold of the owner and he said he was going to make this right all he had to do was get a hold of his service department and would call me back that day that was a month ago still haven't heard from these con artists and recommend you do not shop from them

Went here to diagnose an engine misfire. I checked the codes before going in and i had an engine…read moremisfire code and a system bank lean code. When they scanned it they said there was no misfire code and said I had an air leak from the air box. I checked myself after the appointment and found the "leak" being three pre-drilled factory holes on the bottom side of the air box. There was also a leak from my air resonator which they didn't mention and quoted me $500 just for the air box and hose. Not including labor. Fixed it myself for under 100 bucks and turns out the air leak wasn't even the issue.
