First off, Tim was on hand --on a Sunday evening-- to take a call from the tow truck driver, and confirmed he could get to the job without delay. By the time I was awake and called on Monday morning, the job was almost done! A couple hours more, and Someone's at my hotel to pick me up to get my truck! I didn't even ask for a ride. By noon, I was back on the road. T & T provided service that was as good and as helpful as I've ever had in 35 years of driving. He kept my Pontiac Grand Am running until it had 235k miles on it, and even then although he could have fixed it, he was honest with me that the cost of that repair probably wasn't worth it because it had a lot of miles and wear and tear (I had asked him for several years to just let me know it got to the point that repairing something probably wasn't worth the cost and I should just consider getting another vehicle instead). I completely trust Tom to work on my vehicles and would recommend him to anyone that needs automotive repair work done.

I purchase brakes and have them shipped to him. I go back to pick up my truck and not only is a wheel off, my entire engine was removed from my truck! There was a huge hole under the open hood! He kept telling me I need more things and asking for more money! I had to contact the Blackfeet Sheriffs office for help. They sent a deputy and apparently I wasn't his first victim. He has other cars on his property from people who gave up and left their cars with him!! He stole my engine and put in an engine that had blown a rod! I still had to get my truck and travel trailer back to AZ. I took the truck up to Rick's Automotive, up in Canada! I learned all the boarder patrol staff take their cars to Rick. I would never suggest anyone use this person for any mechanical repair! I had to replace my entire engine once I made it back to AZ!
