A delivery driver for this company…read morestarted blindly backing up into me while I was biking, I moved over to the left and got out of the way. They then proceeded to pull ahead while I was beside the cab of their truck without doing any kind of check whatsoever, causing me to panic. They then parked, I told the passenger that they really need to pay attention to their surroundings when they are driving and he proceeded to tell me I am the one who should watch out. I took a picture of the back of their truck to record the license plate and their rude passenger stood beside and smiled. If you are biker, or if you care about the safety of bikers in North Bay, make sure you tell everyone you know to boycott Richard's Delivery.

Hello, this is how my experience as been with Richard. I has them move a hand made dinning room…read moretable and hutch from North Bay to Sundridge. They scratched it when moving it. I called Richard the owner right away and explained the situation. He reassured me that he would come out inspected it and have it repaired. Well it been a few years now and he never showed up. My fist mistake was paying them for the move. Don't make the same mistake I made.
