She told me my shoe would keep it in. I explained that I am a retired senior and am barefoot 75 percent of the day. So she said I should get one that straps on. But they were not of stock. She said they should be in in 2 weeks. 3 weeks later they called and said they still were not there but they have them in Oshawa. I asked her to have one (or a few) transferred and they could not do that. So 3 more weks, went by and they said, our location just got 8 in stock. I asked her to hld one for me as I do not live around the corner and dont know when I could be there. she said they cannot do that. WHAT?!?@!?!?! I just spent 600 dollars and you cannot hold an 18 dollar item for a couple weeks? nope she said. So I just said"thank you for the call" That is terrible service and guess what. After reconstructive shoulder surgery, I went to physio at UBC Sports Medicine. Against my doctor's recommendation I went for an initial consult at Crossfit Vancouver, where I wanted to start training. My coach there told me to go see Dr. Cleland and combine that with a tailored Crossfit training program. Dr. Cleland was great - very personable and understanding of my surgery and fitness goals. He explained everything he was doing to me so that I could understand, instead of in gobbledeegook doctorspeak. While the procedures were extremely painful (he was working on my fascial tissue and deep muscle scars) they worked. I was able to excel at my fitness training almost immediately, and my range of motion was improved significantly.
