I am writing this review from the airport in Miami. I called to confirm my pick up at Newark airport. I scheduled my pick up a week before my trip. My first leg of the trip was great. When I didn't get a text confirming my airport pickup I called. It turns out they booked me a month later than I booked. And would not help me with a return trip. Really good customer service here. We had my grandfather's service (and my grandmother's several years ago) here recently. The staff was very accommodating and always made sure to be there if we needed anything. We had the wake in the morning and evening, and there was always more than one person around to make sure things went smoothly. It goes without saying that in the service industry, being prompt and professional is crucial to standing out above competition. I have been trying to contact Vander Plaat Limo for several weeks now regarding our wedding in November. They were close to our venue and they were even listed in their vendor list as nearby limousine companies. First I completed their online quote questionnaire but I didn't hear anything from them after a week so I decided to call. I spoke with Peter who took down my info and told me a "wedding coordinator" would get back to me within the week. 2 weeks later and still no call back. Then I called a few days ago and spoke with a female who stated Sean would get back to me later in the day and she took my information again. That's three times I submitted my information to them. They've already shown to be irresponsible with my information, they don't bother to call back in a timely manner and they leave me hanging before I even book with them. I'm going to save myself the headache and frustration and move on. Hopefully someone else reading this will do the same. read more

Drivers a great ! Cars are nice ! People on the phone are very professional and customer service oriented..... However, each and every time I use them for whatever reason the car is dirty...crumbs, sticky seats, etc..... I would think that a car wash on a regular basis would go a long long way !!! read more

The drivers arrive a few minutes early, the communication prior to the pick-up is excellent, the cars are comfortable, and the drivers are all professional and very helpful. Sean and the team at Vander Plaat limo were great! They were ready and waiting as we stepped off our plane. Our chauffeur went above and beyond. We had some additional time before we were to check in at our hotel so our chauffeur gave us a driving tour of Manhattan. He also recommended 2 different restaurants that ended up being our favorites the entire time we were there. They were nice, not touristy, and the food was amazing!
