Beatrice was very nice on the phone and offered flexibility. She did have issues with her billing software so I received multiple wrong invoices before everything was corrected. I hired her to transport a someone who is receiving treatment and is immuno-compromised and she assured me her car was cleaned between rides and there was a physical divider between the driver and the passengers. Well according to the passengers the car itself was not cleaned to a level of their comfort, and when they arrived I saw that the partition only extends 2/3rds of the way up the car leaving a huge space (which is not what I understood). As information about the show was coming out she graciously accepted several time change requests. Her pricing was excellent, especially compared to other car services in the area. Beatrice was extremely responsive and responsible. We had requested her to pick up my mother in law at JFK. My wife and I were both pleased to support a women owned business. Beatrice was great about responding quickly to our messages and staying in touch. The one thing that didn't sit well with us is that they charge $100 an hour for waiting time, which she did not tell us ahead of time and is not listed on the invoice or the website. I understand the need for it but we felt blindsided and it was only disclosed when she was actually waiting for the passenger to exit. It is common for an international passenger to take time to clear immigration and customs, especially since they can't do global entry, and our passenger had extra delays with the baggage. Had we known, we would have requested the pick up to be at a specific time, probably an hour after landing to give them enough time to clear immigration. We didn't like that Beatrice sprung these charges on us at the last minute and stressed out my mother in law by telling her about the waiting charges and having her pay it on the spot. It didn't feel good, especially since it ended up costing 50% of the total pick up charges which we had already paid. To her credit, Beatrice did discount the rate, but it still didn't sit well. So make sure you ask about all the charges ahead of time. read more

We used NJ Premier car service four our family trip to Disney. We needed a 3:30am pick up for 7 people. Our driver was Daljit, and he was perfect. He came on time with an beautifully cleaned car. The drive was nice and smooth and comfortable for our 4 adults and three children. He also picked us up for our flight home and was there right when we got our luggage and again, the car was clean and the ride was smooth. Contacted Beatrice after finding her on Yelp in December for our transportation from Newark airport to the Bayonne cruise terminal in March. She responded quickly via email and even contacted me on phone as I requested. We needed 3 car seats for kids as part of our party of 9 and she was able to provide these. We had 2 vans, as she works with other companies. She, Les and Guti (the other drivers) were great- friendly, professional and helpful. She even played Moana for the kids on the ride back! If I ever need transportation from Newark again, I would definitely call her. Price was right- included everything except tips. My friends and I contacted a bunch of other transportation companies as well which were much more expensive and they didn't know about car seats or said we didn't need them. We Called this company as they came up on yelp as being close to Butler New Jersey and the gentleman who answered the phone couldn't be bothered to be polite enough to tell us that Butler was out of his area and just hung up on us.
