Management are extremely rude and unprofessional. I've had a work order in for over 4 months now and it's still not fixed. They have told me they haven't fixed it because there is no work order open but they keep closing it without fixing the issue. I've been without an AC vent in my restroom for over 4 months. I haven't been able to live in my apartment since July 8 and I still had to pay full months rent for July August and now September.

And holes in the bathroom door of my mother's room and missing doors and the doors we do have are broken I cant even close the one for my bedroom , we couldn't use our one shower for the entire time we have lived here because nobody ever came to fix it even though we put in work orders. And the shower we have frequently fluctuates when trying to shower ,and worst is we have a major problem with a roach infestation that has never been dealt with and my mom cant live with us right now because she cant walk up the steps and we are having to move to a first floor apartment but it's not ready and we are supposed to be moving in on the tenth of march and we already paid the deposit, I will say that most problems that haven't been cared for happened under old management and the new management already had someone come look at our shower and it's finally been fixed. I hope this means good things for the future but we will have to wait and see , I'll be back to give an update when we move into the new apartment and if they try to keep our deposit even though they gave us an unfinished place in the first place, I'm holding on to hope since we recently switched to new management.

I contacted Landing Administration to request a refund or Credit to use at a later date. I paid $1600.00 up front and never checked in to Landing. Landing would not give me a refund or Credit. I am continuing to fight with Landing to get a Full Refund or Credit. I spoke to so many different people at this company, but noone who could actually make the decision to give the refund or Credit ever called me back. This Company is not good to do business with.

Very 1st wash washer started smoking. they ordered "new washer and dryers" arrived damaged, dirty, and dryer doesnt work. Still not been fixed for 3 weeks after several work orders put in. Then they came and fixed something we did not even request on top of our several requests to fix the dryer. Still no trash can, and dont even have a portal to access our bills after 3 WEEKS. I understand things take time, but how much time?!
