After I wa s evicted (not for non-payment of the rent( for "vaping" she sued me in court and claimed that the vape/tobacco cost to clean the apt was$720!!! I've spoken with many people who rented from her company and every single person I spoke with told me they got zero money back!! if you lease from Rider, prepare to be spied upon and gaslit if she doesn't like you. You can alsi kiss your deposit goodbye despite your best efforts to clean the rental upon departure.

I called the office, spoke to her on the phone to let her know what I was looking for and the relevant details needed for renting a property. She said she'd send me some options and some information. She never did. I called again to talk with her about some specific properties and some questions about the area. After that call I never heard from her again. She did not do what any normal broker would do, try to get a client in a property. Do not waste your time with her.
