Most of the times however I sat in there without anyone addressing me until I let them know I wanted a haircut (probably because I'm a woman but still). I stopped going there after the person I made an appointment with left early and they didn't even bother to let me know. So l didn't find out until I actually got there which was totally unprofessional. To top it off, they said no one could help me that day even though I had made an appointment! I'd read other reviews about them not being professional, but decided to give them a try because it was the one barbershop close to home and I liked that it was a bunch of Latinos in there. Would've loved to keep supporting specially since they said they were having a hard time staying in business, but I don't appreciate not being valued as a customer.
