Terrible experience !!!! We came here because of a video on TikTok I never read reviews and apparently this place has 4.5 stars because use to be makeup school but not professional on pothoshoot for quinceañeras. We came on 06/07/26 because of the one dress my daughter saw on TikTok pink with a bow on the left shoulder. Javier ask for a $300 deposit (not a problem) total package was $2000. we set the date for today 06/22/2026 at 10:00 am ohh surprise when I saw the store closed I called both numbers on the flyer Javier gave me and I guess is Leonardo's number (owner) he said the appointment was at 9:00 am he said he tried to called me the day before to change the time but my number was wrong and that's right I accept that but why you make people sign a contract if you will not respect it???? He wants to put my daughter at 6:00 pm but I already loss my day at work after 6:00 my daughter have practice. So no I prefer to get a refund Javier said to comeback at 2:00 but around 12:45 I ask to get my money on Zelle I didn't want to drive and make another trip to that place because I had enough and don't want to see those faces anymore. Javier told me to send my email and a did after 2 hours I Checked my email but nothing I text him again and I have to drive there.. so disappointing, shame on this place ..not even an apology or sorry . Please stay away from this place, and look for better options at least someone professional that honors their contracts. read more

Juan G was really helpful and professional. The only problem I had was that the make up came off with the swet and I had to go back so he could retouch it . I had my makeup done before elsewhere and never had that issue where the make up falls off . The other thing was the face looked to cakey . My friends told me that it was due to how the powder was set . It was a waste of money and time because after the retouch at the party it only lasted 10 min because it started to come off it was so embarrassing . They have alot of your makeup needs from lashes to glitters and foundations and even brushes. They color match you if you dont know your color. Now they have their makeup courses here as well just ask them and they can tell you all about it. They also sell clothes on the left side. Leo and Jay are the sweetest. Was intrigued by how the store looked from the outside, I should've left it at that honestly. They have a great selection of makeup and lashes especially but the employees there are a bit off. My friend and I kept getting weird stares from them and then comes the owner I believe, she was just staring too as if we were doing something wrong. I have been following Leo for a while back and seen his work amazing. He put a great deal for the makeup classes which I decide to enroll, the best decision I ever did. He's such an amazing instructor he's always asking us if we need help or to let him know of any questions we have. Hands on after he does the demonstration of the makeup. I only did basic makeup once in a while because I didn't know about contour and all that new makeup steps lol but now let me tell you I can do my makeup lol plus I learn about skin types and much more. One of my go to makeup stores. I signed up for one of their makeup classes with Karmen. I learned so much from not only the instructor but also the owners. I got my certification as an MUA and it was one of the best decisions i could have ever made to get certified through them. They make you feel like family and it's really awesome. The owners are such friendly, genuine people and all of the instructors are insanely talented. Ive continued to shop at this store even after graduating. They always have everything i need, from lashes to palettes and foundations, etc. The vibe in the store is always great. If you haven't stopped by to shop then you should really do so. The owner was more than happy to color match me with a foundation that I ended up buying. All my thousands of questions were answered with respect and he didn't make me feel silly for asking.
