I figured the number of items that I purchased, the amount of money that I had spent, the fact that I'd called as soon as I found out the dress was ripped, the fact that I was visiting from another state, and the fact that my daughter and I came back to purchase more items would have been enough to receive an exception to the return policy rule concerning detached tags. The manager, Pablo, was nasty, condescending, and kept a sh%t eating grin on his face when telling me that I could not receive an exchange. More importantly, I did not want a refund, but I wanted to exchange the rip dress for another dress. Although, I will never patronize this store again, I recommend that anyone purchasing items from this store to try on all items before purchase. Lastly, I would like to say that the cashiers that assist me the night that I purchased the items had great customer service etiquette. What made it worse was that then I watched other people walking around with their baskets being able to freely shop.
