My HSTS sampling results would consistently show high levels of certain parameters each year. I emailed the results from the county of each sampling to their office and would follow up with a call to confirm that they had received the results. Very poor customer service; not helpful. I always received the same response - " we will let your service text know". I hired a new company and they had taken pictures to show me that the UV lamp was not working and they promptly replaced it, no charge. I am now wondering if the lamp had been not functioning for the entire 3 years I had used Quaker City to "maintain" my septic since my home cameras had never shown the tech replacing any uv lamp. I would definitely consider using a different provider

This year they said they would cover under warranty, never showed we continued to call them and they will not return calls. They say it is something else and referred us to another company, they won't even fix what they put in. We have to have another company come out and replace everything. Do not use them unless you want to pour money into the septic.
