As an example they recently replaced all the vacuum hoses even though the old ones were not in that bad of shape. The trash is kept emptied and the bays clean. Water temp and pressure is good and there is plenty of suds. One of the nicest things about this car wash is they have courtesy microfiber cloths, glass and multipurpose cleaner to do the interior too. Dropped my car off at 8:30 am sharp (when they open) and returned at 5:00 with an understanding that this is artwork, not auto mechanics and that my car would be close to being done (they close at 5:30). Being a small operation, my car wasn't quite finished and I immediately understood why - they are GOOD! When "Vance" (owner) brought my car around, I was bowled over by how great it looked!
