All good here. Was a nice touch to presoak the front section of the car so the deceased pests were easier to remove during the wash cycle. read more

Be aware! Velocity Car Wash in Grand Junction damaged my vehicle! After I showed the manager, Kirsh,the damage he immediately said his car wash did not do the damage to my vehicle. He finally agreed to look at the cameras going into and out of the car wash with me present. The cameras are poor quality and he was not able to prove or disprove the damage. He said he would continue to look at the cameras and get back to me. I had not heard anything from him for a week when I again called the main number. Kirsh called me back and told me to get a quote to fix the damage. I recontacted Kirsh with the estimate he requested. He then agreed to pay 33% of the estimated cost to fix the damage because he does not believe it happened at the car wash. I asked to speak with his boss or owner of the car wash and he would not even give me their name or contact information. I have been a regular customer with Velocity for over a year with no problems. This is the first issue I have had and the customer service was horrible. read more

I love this car wash! They always provide consistent results and are always very nice. But I will tell you, if you're thinking you can just drive through the car wash and then leave without wiping your car down, then you may still have some bugs on your bumper, etc. If you wipe your car down after it goes through the car wash, everything left on your car will come off easily. So do yourself a favor and get some nice, soft towels to dry your car with. I promise it won't take you long to do and your car will be spotlessly clean thanks to this great car wash. read more

Super poor customer service from "corporate" they don't have any signs saying bike racks are an issue to have. They advertise self service but it's not self service. They have extremely high prices and the customer service rep was very rude. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. read more

I live in Layton, Utah during the work week. Kamryn was a very patient and helpful employee. She took extra time to help me and I value any employee who will take time to help a customer. She also didn't make me feel like I was taking too much of her time, or that I was a dumb "boomer"--- people who are old and don't understand--but not my generation............ The machines they have do not clean SUVs correctly. They miss multiple parts of the back of the car and it seems to have gotten worse over time. The try to sell you hard on a fast pass, and should focus on cleaning the car properly more than another membership. I do not want to pay even more money for a half clean car, but thanks! I have directly spoken to the manager about this issue on two occasions. I have given them the chance to make it right, and been assured that the employees were trained to spray the back of the car to make sure it gets clean. Then my visit yesterday the did not spray my car and it looks like the entire back of my car was never washed. I will not return, yesterday was my last visit and last chance they had. read more

Manager confronted me about my steadfast refusal to buy a fast pass. When I told him i just don't want one and I don't like the constant hard sell I was asked to leave and wash elsewhere. Threatening to call police. Apparently telling him I don't like the get it get it get it hard sell was insulting to his employees. Most of the time they have one person to spray one side of your vehicle so most of it goes with out presoak. If you don't buy a fast pass they do not want your business. read more

I signed up for monthly Fast Pass because my first few visits there convinced me that this facility was worth it. A few times, having returned from extended trips, the car, especially the windows, were dirtier and buggier that ever. I pointed this out and they took extra care to be sure it was prewashed and sprayed to get the gunk off. They are always polite and friendly, and I love that they wear ties. A great car wash but the value is questionable...I see these washes often in my travels at the price point in the range of 8, 10 or 12. Here the cheapest wash is 12. The is a big " push" to get you signed up for monthly billing at minimum 24 dollars per car per month which would be atleast 50 a month for most households. These guys are the real deal. I accidentally got paint on my truck and they got it right off. Always washes my truck flawlessly. Recently, my family was struck with a tragedy and i had to cancel my subscription. The manager went above and beyond his duty and made sure I got the rest of my money for the month back on my card without me even asking.
