I had tried to clearly identify what junk and yard waste I wanted removed but due to old age, couldn't mark everything well. They walked the yard and garage with me to scope out what needecd to be done. They are clearly intelligent and cleaned it all up - even the non-marked stuff. There was no need for me to hover over their efforts. They quickly and efficiently loaded their truck to cart it all away. These two men were more than competent, strong, knowledgable (they informed me of the other services their company provides) and pleasant! Our initial call was to Customer Service. Their procedures were clearly explained and, based on our list unwanted items, an initial estimate was given. A choice of an estimate-only visit or an appt for junk removal was offered. This company will do same-day removal or schedule a convenient day and time range. On day of removal, we received a call giving their arrival time. The guys who came were hard-working and pleasant. They made an effort to pack the truck in a compact manner, reducing the cost from the original estimate. The JunkLuggers donates items, if possible, and will provide a donation receipt if a customer wants. We would use them again and rate this business 5 stars.

First off , my dog passed away this weekend so I had quite a bit of dog items that needed to go. Ronnie gave his condolences from the second he messaged me with a price quote (only person to do so even though I requested a quote from 8 companies and all were told of my dogs situation). While that was a huge positive he was also super flexible and willing to work with my crazy schedule! Even helping when I needed to push an extra hour the day of the removal .
