With the other agents I felt like I was doing a lot of the leg work of finding houses and sharing it with them, but with Dill I would get several options texted or emailed to me daily and she was always available to do a viewing. As soon as a property would come up that fit my criteria, she would send it to me and we would be off to see it ASAP. In the end she found a house that wasn't even listed yet and made special arrangements for us to see it. It was priced higher than I was approved for, but she worked with my mortgage broker to get me approved for the higher amount in no time and I had an offer in before the day was out. I was even ready to put in well over asking, but she said to hold off on a bidding war since we were the only ones that had seen it.
