She then proceeds to polish over my toe with a new gel color without first removing the polish she had just put on it. They then get another tech to redo my toes "properly" which she did with an attitude and rushed. Overall, an horrible experience and waste of money. DO NOT go here !!

I sat in limbo for 1 hour with my hands in the acetone solution when finally a woman came to me and said, "be patient, someone will be with you soon because the recent customer had an appointment". I looked at her and said, " I had a 9:30 appointment and it's now 10:30...I got up, took off the foil, washed my hands and offered to pay for the hour long wait which I feel should have been offered for free...but it wasn't and left. No, I can not recommend this company. I was thoroughly disappointed and it put me in a difficult situation because I had to go to my gathering with my nails not done, I was inconvenienced and not compensated for their lack of professionalism.

Since my first visit in April when I had to get dip removed (done by another salon in town), my nails have been beautiful and healthy. They are amazing and sweet when my husband comes, letting him sit in the chair next to me and including him in conversation.
