He didn't tell me nor show me how to use it nor tell me i needed concentrate to use it. The box wouldn't open at home so i had to rip it. It was confusing as hell to set up. I tried to tape up the outside box, put everything back in the packaging and return it. He said because it was open, he couldn't give me the full amount back. I am going to dispute this charge at my bank. This place is a rip-off and the guy behind the counter was rude, discourteous, and didn't explain anything on how to use the product. Bait and Switch.
