I had told the sales rep I had no experience in purchasing this kind of product but was looking for something to help ease her pain, and was misled. When I called the next day about returning the product, the rep said I could come in and speak to the manager. When I made the trip to the store, from Pittsburgh, the manager said look at the receipt all sales are final and offered me nothing. Even when I told him this purchase was for my dying 98 year old grandma. No sympathy, no compassion, nothing. I would give a ZERO star review if I could.
