In all honesty I was taken aback by the lack of customer service. The vape I received was leaking, and I therefore reached out (which took multiple attemps, I kept them). I was simply told by Roula Matar (who dismissed the leaking and went on about the puff counter) there was nothing they would do. I therefore disposed the 30$ vape (that stained one of my purses), and the experience left such a bad taste in my mouth I will do no further business with them. read more

I can't say I am much of a review person, but I can't help leaving a comment after reading a negative review. The negative review was based around a customer's daughter being asked for I.D. which the sore have to do by a very strict law, with a penalty of immediate closure. I just have to say, this store literally stopped me break a 32 year heavy smoking habit, the people in there are wonderful and the store has had a lot of work put in to it and it shows. We've gone to other locations and even other suppliers but Vape Nation Burlington is our favourite clean store, with polite staff, fantastic selection and even the points system is easy to use. So I walked in to this shop yesterday looking to buy my first vape because I've been hearing positive experiences from people regarding how these devices can help you cut down on smoking. I met the staff and they were really down to earth and extremely friendly. They helped me pick out a device tailored to my specifications as I was looking for a smaller device that could offer a lot of flavour and I was very happy with my selection. I tried many of their juices and found one that I absolutely loved. Ever since I left the store, I haven't touched a cigarette which is incredibly surprising to me as I didn't expect these devices to help as much as they did. I highly recommend this store, especially if you're someone who's just starting out as they've got a wide selection of devices for beginners as well as more advanced ones for people who are more into that sort of stuff. I will definitely be coming back to these guys shortly to pick up some more juices because I'm already half way through the bottle I bought! read more

Where do i even begin, i went there today with my daughter so she can help me pick out a device to stop smoking cigarettes, and the staff asked for my daughters ID, we told them she isn't buying anything but is helping me. They asked for her ID again. My daughter got upset and walked out and was swearing under her breath about the situation. The staff then asked me what she said, and i told them she said peace out (as i didn't hear which swear words she used) and another employee i believe told the other employee what she had said. And he turned to me and said "I find what she said very disrespectful" and i said that was her saying that not me, and he said "No, i'm not going to sell to you. I'm gonna have to ask you to leave the store". And as we drove away we noticed they were at the door making sure we left. My daughter rolled down the window and she was flipped off. Yes she flipped him off back, only AFTER she saw him do it first. It was VERY unprofessional. I will not recommend this store, or ever come back. read more
