They have quality products and the best pricing compared to any other shops that I've ever been to . Open 24 hrs!! I went late at night (being a female I was super nervous lol) and this huge guy was so sweet and cool , he was like a gentle giant lol . He was super patient , and didnt treat me like I was stupid just because I was new to vaping (I've had that issue with three other stores just because I'm a small female, blonde I think; and have talked me into products before that have made me spend hundreds of dollars just to come back because they weren't quality or what I wanted. He really took the time to make sure I got what I needed and the MOST for my MONEY and he was super busy . These people are awesome in the customer service business , and I hope they expand to LEAGUE CITY TEXAS PLEASE !!! Lol Until then I will continue to drive the 30 minutes no matter what time . Way over priced on everything, go to Vape Room in the shopping strip next door instead. The only reason I would ever go to this shop and purchase anything was if I needed something in the middle of the night, but Vape Room's hours are 10-10 so you should be able to get what you need from there no matter what your schedule is. Don't support this business, they think you are stupid, no other reason they would attempt to rip everyone off the way they are. Vape Room didn't give me anything to wright this, I just want the people that are being unwittingly duped to be made aware of the shit business tactics this shit shop is using. Ok so I've been buying at Vape City Deer Park for about 5 years and the people they have working there don't know much all they can tell me is they don't have the pod I need for the vape that I bought there maybe 2 months ago and every time I go to try to get a new pod they just say don't have it and even said "they been slacking" with ordering. It's really annoying because they sell these vapes knowing we have to replace the pod weekly but just don't care to stock and it's not even like it's just atm it's weeks. Last week I walked out got in my car and the pod the girl sold me didn't even fit. So frustrating. Oh and when I asked to speak to a manager she called and she says "yea that's what I told her" talking about me. So unprofessional!!!! Management don't even care. Sad. read more

Wow!!! This place is amazing!!!! Skip and the other two girls were so helpful with everything! I was in a bit of a time crunch on my way to work and they helped educate me on different types of coils and RDA's in a timely manner. Skip even took the time to get my RDA set up ready to smoke before I walked out the door. Total time there was maybe 30-35 mins in and out in plenty of time to still get to work on time. Oh and some bonuses for those that it applies to: 25% military discount with a valid ID AND they're open 24 hours It would be pretty hard to beat that deal in my book.. Alex, Iris and Ya-Ya are absolutely awesome and extremely helpful! They are open 24 hours which is wonderful! I didn't like the 50% percentage of nicotine in a vape juice I filled my Nord tank with, so Alex sucked it out of my tank and put it back in my bottle. He then filled my Nord tank with a 35% nicotine juice for FREE! Sometimes I call and ask them to hold something for me and they always do! They went through the process of explaining the different types, what they do and what would work well for me. If you need your coil changed they will clean your tank for you. Most items are overpriced because it's a chain: management does not respect its employees or their time and regularly force us to stay an hour after our shifts are over.
