Yesterday I came by the smoke shop and bought a vape. Was my first time there the guy was super friendly and sweet. The vape I bought stopped working and holding charge so I came back today. Hasn't even been 24 hours. The lady there today told me she couldn't help me unless I had a receipt even tho the guy that helped me last night didn't give me one. It is a head shop you know? LOL I thought the selection was good. Price was pretty comparable to other head shops as far as pipes and smoke novelties go. I mean now a days you can get glass pipes on Amazon for $10 each instead of the HIGHLY marked up $30 to $40 each but..... It is all about how bad you need it when you need it know what I am saying? I went to there store looking for a Vaporizer for dry herbs. I have COPD and cant do the smoke anymore. The girl there sold me a APX electric pipe smoker! Not a Vaporizer. I have NO use for this and they wont take it back and got pissed off when i asked. They also over charged me 30.00. Sold me a 60.00 pipe for 93.03 TOTAL RIP OFF! Im gonna sit on them till i get a favorable response from management on the subject and i will keep you all informed of my progress daily! There are a lot a head shops around here. We dont need one like this one!!!!!!!! So, shop else where if ya don't wanna get ripped off!Because you surly will! I had to give them 1 star just to make this review. After this review, I did receive a call from the Owner of the shop who was apologetic and did make an effort to salvage the situation. he replaced the item that I originally wanted to discuss and allowed me to use the incident to as a "teachable" moment for the store associate and had he wait on me again. She did so, if not begrudgingly, certainly without the air of smug indignation and "stank" attitude that she possessed the time before. They recently changed to where you have to call before entering or give your order from outside. No big deal. But there is absolutely no order in who is up next. Super easy for people to "cut in line" and they don't keep track of the line order. On this particular day I was waiting for a solid 20 minutes after calling in watching as the employee helped others arriving after I did. The employee's excuse for not helping me was because "You weren't standing close enough to the door". As a long time customer for this establishment, I'm fed up. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I wish there was a 0 star rating for this company. This was hands down the worst and the rudest customer service I have ever encountered in my life. From the moment my wife and I walked in I knew I should have turned around and walked out. We walk in to notice a young guy and girl in the very back of the store. I saw some Nag Champa incense in the front of the store so I picked them up and start looking at the pieces they have for sale and was not helped until I asked for help when we were the only people in the store. When I asked what pieces were around $100, the girl instantly started pointing out pieces that were $50 and under. I told her that I was more interested in pieces that were above $50 and closer towards $100.. not a big deal but it shows she was not paying any attention. Then when I asked for specific piece she told me I was not allowed to say that word in the store and I said I'm sorry I just moved to Texas and things are very different than where I moved here from and that I did not know. She replied with "well, don't say it again or I'm gonna kick you out of the store and call the cops" I was very shocked to hear such a threat for saying the word "bongular", which, where I come from is totally fine to say anywhere, anytime, anyday. I then asked back "you are going to lose a customer because I said a word that is ok to say where I am from?" she replied back "yeah well its different here so get out" that was also when the guy came rushing up and very abruptly snatched the nag champa incense off the counter I had set down in front of me to purchase. which he then also told me to "get out" I asked to speak with the owner because I had done nothing wrong and wanted to purchase the nag champa. The guy told me the cops were on their way. I cant believe these employees are actually getting paid to drive customers away. The girl specifically needs to be dealt with before more customers leave bad reviews because I see that some one else that posted before me had the same problem with the same employees. DO NOT GO HERE! I also think the local police department should investigate into their business more for have used pieces with water still in them just chillin on the ground and on the shelf behind the counter. They sold me cheap glass that came from China that broke not even 5 minutes into using it. Called the store to let them know what was going on the girl was so unapologetic and all she had to say was "okay". Quartz glass should not break the first time you apply heat to it. Might as well go save your money and go buy off DHgate.com because that's where all this stuff is coming from anyways. read more

A week ago I purchased a Honeybird Delux from this establishment. $300 for this piece. He doesn't go over the piece or check to make sure it functions properly. I pay for it and head home where I find that it doesn't hold water. So I clean it and take it back. He immediately refuses a refund or exchange. He could tel I tested it but it's nothing I couldn't clean. Extremely rude when I asked to speak to management stating he was the manager. I highly recommend you shop elsewhere or at least make sure their half ass products work correctly before you leave. Super disappointing. read more
