It was perfect for stocking up on some simple healthy grocery basics to tie me over during my brief stay. I got some vegan smoked gouda, some coconut aminos, and some natural spring water. The smoked gouda was perfect for making some quick snacks on my flight home and I took the coconut aminos in my checked luggage to enjoy once we were back in CA. The owner is always eager to help offer advice or help you navigate the store. I was particularly impressed with their growing CBD tea collection. Then, recently they changed to no longer accepting the gold card, but instead would lower prices throughout the entire store. Great idea, which lasted less than a month. Then, they let you join the "my GNC" where you could accumulate points, which you could use as money off your order, which was great. Until now. Which the changed again, to a "pro" plan for $40 a year! So now, if I want my 500 points, I have to spend $40 to get 5$ off!? I spent 100$ today on vitamins that I could get anywhere, but I like the idea of supporting a pittsburgh company, but I'm over their marketing programs that all seem to just have you pay a membership that is worthless! I will be buying all of my supplements from somewhere else.

Prices are comparable to most other nutrition stores so nothing special about that unfortunately. Some products get reduced to 80-90% off when they are near expiration so you can occasionally catch an awesome deal on your favorite products!
