There is also a green and a white Kratom, in which the green Kratom takes away the bad aches about 50% and also percs up your body in a comfortable way. There are No highs from any of these products! There are many forms of Kratom because it's grown in several Southeast Asian Countries. So the country and which part of the leaves are harvested determines affect and strength.
