Leslie is very patient and knowledgeable. She took her time educating me on the different options so I could make the best decision for myself. The store does not have as wide of a variety as some shops I've seen, but all of their stock is premium quality. They carry salt and regular nicotine juice as well as the various devices specifically for either one. This place is by far the best vape shop in Irving! The guys here are awesome and super helpful! My only complaint is that they close so damn early. First of all I would to acknowledge Alex and Noah the sale associates by being extremely courteous to me. When you first enter into the store it's mildly clouded in there because of the vapor. However that does not bother me. The vapor dissipates fast, so it isn't really cloudy in there. Furthermore the atmosphere is friendly and outgoing. The sale associates are kind and helpful. In my opinion they have provided me with great customer service. Whilst looking for vape juice. They ask me a couple of questions like what I'm looking for in particular, what's flavors I enjoy, and what's my nicotine level is. Next they recommend what I might enjoy and let me test out the juices. I happened to get Very Berry by Naked and for 60mil 30$ for a premium e juice that's a good price. Overall my experience was great and I was very satisfied with the services they provided. I will definitely be coming back! read more

Sorry guys, the staff that works in here is probably the best staff I've encountered anywhere! They will spend hours to find just what you want or need! The store is great EXCEPT (this is why they are getting two stars) ok so I go in there try the flavor church I like it go back 4 days later they are out get a new flavor called milk I love it go back 3 days latter they are out try a new flavor even better like vanilla donut really good and 3 days later they don't have that now for the forth time in a row I like chi tea flavor get it Wednesday check back Monday guess what they are out.. This rating is not against the workers they are awesome! It's against the bosses or owners I honestly spent 200$ in juices in a couple weeks here because of those guys but I'm gonna have to find a new place that can keep juices in stock. So frustrating that you have a good vape store but can't keep stock on your shelves. It's not because of to much traffic it's cause they only get a few bottle of it at a time! This place is great but they NEVER open on time. They're supposed to open today at 10 am and it's 1027 and I'm sitting in my car and there's no site of anyone. I saw all the reviews related to this store so I decided to go there and try it out i was nice. The sales associate recommended great juice and i bought to bottles. Next day i tried to use the other bottle but the top of the bottle was loose. When i tried to fill the tank the top of the bottle dropped and half of the liquid was gone i called them to replace that bottle they said there was nothing they can do ! read more
