This is an amazing store ABDUL is one of the best workers very welcoming and very personal

I went into the location and was looking for a certain cigar and was able to find multiple flavors in this brand. Now when I first entered I felt a little off because the cashier was talking to a customer and didn't initially acknowledge me coming in the store so i had to wait to try and interject so that i could walk into the cigar room. I was finally able to interject and i had to put my purse behind the counter before entering into the cigar room. The cashier then was apologetic about having to leave my purse but they have had theft in regards to entering the room. I advised I totally understood and he was very helpful and guided me on purchasing a cigar cutter and the difference between the single and double blades. Definitely ended on a good note although it was a rocky start but I would definitely go back due to their wide selection of cigars and other items. Good hidden gem. read more

This is a cool little shop with a nice array of cigars. It is not a cigar lounge but the people are cool and they have a nice supply of items for all types of smokers. Now you will hear some say they're rude. This is not true. The problem is some of the items they sell have uses that aren't "friendly" in this state yet. The state of Texas has specific rules about language one can use when speaking of these items. Any of the typical slang we know is strictly forbidden as the items sold are for tobacco use only . So when people come in using this slang they do quickly shut them down and it may seem rude. But to allow this language puts their business at risk. As goofy as that is, it's the law. I have found these guys to be nothing but helpful. I order my bulk cigars online because local shops are a bit high, but I do go in from time to time to grab a single cigar or two that I want to try or just ran out of. Also their torch deal is great. When you buy one they fill it for life and they replace it when it starts having issues. I wish their cigar prices were closer but it is what it is. read more

Horrible customer service. I was accused of "putting something in my bag" without any source of proof and was asked to open my bag before checking out. He said he would not apologize if I opened my bag and he was wrong about the accusation. Was told we are not welcome back in the store. I was likely racially profiled as soon as I walked in the store. Never have I ever experienced this kind of treatment, especially while the world is so vulnerable with these current issues. do not spend your money here!!!! i just left the store after a 30-45 min situation with the guy on the inside. he ran my card for 73.59 and let me leave.. came out to my car to tell me it only charge me 25.00 when i knew that wasnt correct i went inside and tired to be a nice and possible until i was told i was a liar by the owner or the manager he called. i called my card to let them here my recent transaction of the 73.59 and he still called me a liar and told me it wasnt charged. its embarrassing when you have people coming in and out and the owner is on facetime calling a customer who spends hundreds of dollars there a month on hookah supplies for my business. i will take my business elsewhere. the manager muhamood or something like that then had the dude in the store search there credit card system like i suggested in the first place to come out and say that it was charged. so instead of just saying that you didnt understand your own system i was accused of being a liar and harrassed by the manager on the phone. he is disrespectful and unprofessional. do not waste your money.. go to the smoke shop on esters called smoke express they will take care of you and they are actually cheaper after going there today. this was embarrassing and completely uncalled for. i will make sure i let everyone i know in this area about this and all my followers. read more

The selection of cigars were decent and the prices were competitive especially by comparison to my home state of California where the taxes KILL. The staff was friendly and the shop was relatively clean. The cons: the clientele present were other than savory; the assortment of other non-cigar tobacco products took away from the experience; there was a price tag right on the cigar. This resulted in damage to the wrapper. I was hopeful it would not do so. Lesson learned. I would recommend putting the tag on the band. Problem solved! read more

Staff went above & beyond with customer service! Very knowledgeable about his product's. Has a wide assortment of cigars, even Opus X, the only place In & around Dallas I have been able to find them...has an amazing glass collection. With decent pricing. Also has a huge collection of "Puff bars" & my favorite Pod King Maxx!! Best place in an around Irving. Will definitely be back for more!!! read more

It's a good place to pick up my hookah needs. It's has a wide variety of shishah flavors and brands. Well priced for the smaller flavors a bit expensive for the larger ones. Overall I like the shop. read more

This isn't really a cigar lounge. There are two chairs to sit in, but they don't look comfortable. This is more of a Vape shop that also sells cigars. They probably have 6 to 10 different brands of cigars In a small humidor. The guy working there was very friendly and helpful as he was busy helping a few other customers with vape questions. It's kind of a hodgepodge in here. They sell tobacco, cigars, Vape supplies, hookah supplies, and even winter blankets for some reason. I don't Vape, but for a Vape shop this probably gets four stars. For a cigar shop it gets three stars. I average them out to four stars because of customer service. read more

One of the bigger selections of hookah shisha and accessories I've found in the DFW area. Only con was that their shisha was almost double the price of what I found online. Convenient but you'll pay extra. Other then that no compliants. read more

3 Stars for location connivence this is the closest smoke shop to me. I have been coming here for about 4 years. The only issues I have are the guys are not rude but are not friendly enough for me to want to keep coming back. There used to be a women that worked here and she was extremely sweet, gave more of a smoke shop experience. The past few times i've been in its pick what you want, pay and go. Prices are a little higher as well compared to surrounding smoke ahops. read more

Supposedly "open" until 11:15. I live right around the corner and wanted to call before I headed there to make sure I wasn't wasting my time and of course my phone calls were ignored. The manager insisted on overcharging me. Went to a competitor and paid 40% less for the same glass piece. They are greedy on their prices. The manager was rude and insulting when I pointed out that the pipe was overpriced. read more

This is an awesome shop that my friends and I stop by every once in a while. If you love cigars there is a wide selection of flavors in their room. Their hours are great as well and the staff are extremely friendly. The only thing I'd say is to make sure you add up the price of your items before you check out. Last time I got checked out the cashier rang up and extra $10 on accident saying the register was broken. I believed him, but just make sure you add up your items. This place gets 5 stars from me because it's very close to work, has a wide selection and the posted sale prices are good! read more

I visited recently to get some more vapor oils and have them check my email cig that I didnt purchase there. The lady did so without a problem, they had everything i needed and wanted and they were friendly. They allow you to try flavors etc and it is reasonably priced. read more
