It…read moredoesn't look like much and the walk-in humidor is small, but the selection is great - high-end Fuentes and Padrons, and they have Warped! If you like cigars and you've never heard of Warped, you should stop surfing the internet, put your pants back on, and go there right now! Younger guy working there was surprisingly knowledgeable about cigars, and was very friendly and helpful - just a really cool dude. And they carry Warped. Wish I'd had time to stay for a smoke and hang out, instead of just buying a few and hitting the road. Great selection, good prices, and quality help. And they carry Warped!

Their variety of hard to get brands had me doubting authenticity, but I assume they must have some pull. I have NEVER seen a selection of OPUS X like they have here, as well as other limited run cigars. I bought more than I should have, but seemed like this was the opportunity to load up for the holidays. Sales tax is pretty low in KY, so soften the blow on what are generally overpriced cigars across the board. Most sticks were selling for 10%-15% OVER MSRP. If you buy 10 or more, then you get a 10% discount. So end the day I overpaid for one box by 10%, but ended up breaking even if I bought back home with the higher tax. Benefit is I got a full box of Foundation Cigars, while most of my local and online trusted retailers were out. I would have also pulled the trigger on the Cohiba Wellers, but they were too pricey here. Overall worth a visit if you have some extra $ to drop on hard to find cigars.

Used to be such a super nice place when Russel was living and had a tall red head manager running…read morethe store. Always so clean .. definitely always stocked .If needed an item not in store she would always order it for me with much pleasant joy to do so. They had a 3rd country then and it was for lottery. Stayed super duper busy especially with lottery and lotto players. Theoottery seems to be the major source of business now days. Guaranteed to be aline full of players ....Two women cashiers usually( evenings)always on the pivot for next. Customers needs always apologies for the delay in the service due to shift swap, or players not using slips which causes more time restrictions and or clerk error due to not properly hearing correct number or name of game or how many times to run it.4... but they will rotate the front sales counter with drive thru customes. Sometimes a 3rd person will be there. A cpl I've experience there recently are just not the proper people for the job. Elder and very physically slow and exhausted. The young guy with glasses can be very rude and very disrespectful to the other employees. He cursed them one day as he left very disgruntled I'd say by the way that he very u safely drove through the parking area . Sometimes I see him just standing while everyone else is either away from area or comes in at noon I believe The evening ladies miss Tammie and Ersa are definitely devoted and works so very hard for this company and it's owners. I've seen a cpl darn amazing employees leave to go elsewhere due to lack of MGMT backing and support on spec issues . Lost a really nice gentleman named Mike recently. He was super friendly. He took care of his coworkers as well as Tammie and ersa do. These ladies need a less stressful situation at work so much more often. I usually see Ursula there all week and definitely every Sunday am. It's rare to see the main manager white hair woman unless the staff has to hit a bell for her or she's came to fuss at them telling them to get to work... That alone bothers me due to fact that I see the evening ladies working lotto regular and drive thru plus keeping beer stocked and large drink cups filled . The other cupholder had been broken a few months ago if not more. The girls try to handle it all the best that they can .....while the mig g The ladies there work so hard and and make sure that they smile and help you with items needed . They also look out for each other in every way. Even short handed and shift behind because day people left and didn't help or didn't care but will tell them make sure u get this done that done etc but never do I or have I seen MGMT...the women behind the double doors do much but complain that some didn't do enough or talk about the employees for telling them the problems they are having just to be tucked away or ignored or looked at with the bosses eyes bugged in disbelief of the nerve of them wasting her time. The ones that deserve to have been fired a long Time ago are still with jobs and are boasted on and treated like royalty when the ones covered in years of being so fed up ...the ones covered n sweat from the back and forth and the hot drive up windows or ta window customers long grocery list of price checks changed decision or not the rite size color taste or brand just to leave them taking more time from the whole store.. I asked why not tell them they had to come in and do for self and was told not allowed. Sad that there's no security for them ladies who are there working at night almost every single night but don't have security so Ersa husband will come some nights and watch them out safely or miss 5ammies and even a gentleman that used to work there will safely get them out for the evening to go home. while men are more prone to am shifts. It's sad to see that anowner has such an exquisite store in the strawberry hillThat's #1 in area for liquor store and top tier business and with fabulous owners and employees ...but yet smoke shop isn't in the tp 40 at all. No wonderful reviews and family stories for this one just chaos disrespect and lack of management lack of concern and care . I know for fact that the fran lady doesn't give a darn what these employees do good for the company and how hard them ladies work and daily . Ersa always seems to be working on her breaks off the clock to make sure things are done that earlier employees left them instead of them making sure it gets done. I've seen more than enough the last 2 most to say good bye smoke shop untill you can respect the workers that deserve to be employed give them raises or titles... Get rid of the extra weight like that guy that likes to cuss femaleß out and his 2nd tier manager and other coworkers because they didn't want him bothering her and her customers. But they still have him working while 3 of their best are almost about to walk any day now. When a community of customers talk on this often and try to find a way to help the employees its super bad

Great little stop for gas, an ATM, drive through liquor pick up, playing the lottery, getting…read morescratchers, and all around tending to whatever vice you have. The staff is friendly and they have a few registers open so there was not much of a line. The store was clean on the inside and the lot was well kept.
