I asked the young lady if she'd exchange it for another Mod box at their cost and she said NO!! Don't know about you, but I think that when something has a "lifetime" guarantee you should either have the replacements in-stock OR be more flexible in your exchange policy if you're unable to get the product. Six weeks........ REALLY???? You need to either examine your inventory, find another vendor for the mod box in question, be more flexible with your policies or close up shop if you can't honor your GUARANTEE!!!!!!
