Despite the fact I'm beyond loyal to this place and having been going here for at least two years, I've been putting off writing a review. I simply can't say enough good things about this place. It simply does not get better than this place. Period. The selection and the people!!!!! They are simply THE BEST. Period. The people--ALL of them--are beyond nice and so caring and helpful. I can't count how many times I've been here and I've never once had an experience that wasn't absolutely wonderful. They take their time and truly care to help you find what you're looking for, and that says a lot when you consider the hundreds, if not thousands of different options between flavors, brands, and then the actual type of product! I've tried vape shops in a number of other cities including Chicago, Seattle, NYC and SF and Ive never found a place that even remotely compares to Towson Vaporium. I've been Yelp elite for I think 8 years (so I review and check in to a lot of different businesses) and if I had to make a top 5 list, of all time, this place would be on it!! read more

Wow umm let's see I was greeted by at least like 5 people lol staff and customers. Let's just say they have the most juice selection I have ever seen in a vape store. Some which u had heard if and others that I haven't. Even their mod selection was astonishing and I was shocked to see an rda and mech mod section. I normally don't see that in stores. I swear every time I come in this place I get ripped off. Bought a 5:10 thread vape battery that worked for about a month and then just stopped working literally had a cart in it and used it most of the day, replaced the cart in the evening and it suddenly had connectivity issues, no matter what cart was in it. Vape was fully charged, I've never dropped it, I don't screw my carts in more than necessary, and I even tried cleaning the connector plate in case it had oil on it; nothing worked so now I have to go buy a new fucking vape tomorrow read more

It was a typical Wednesday, I needed some juice and I recently just moved to the Towson area, so I googled nearby vape shops... I came across "Towson Vaporium" what a clever name I thought to myself, I had work soon so I headed in immediately. I parked, the windows displayed a foggy but friendly atmosphere, and eagerly I entered. There she was. This beautiful red headed goddess. I began to sweat profusely despite the top notch central air system. "Hi welcome to Towson Vaporium" she gleamed. Fuck. I had lost all control of my motor skills, she continued to smile at me and said her name was Stephanie. Oh my god I would never forget that name as long as I lived. The next few minuetes were a blur as she warmly guided me through the shop and helped me beyond my expectations. GUYS! This woman is gorgeous, nice, and knows everything about vapes. I'm telling you I can't quite remember the details after I took that first glance, but I do know that I have found my happy place, and that place is Towson Vaporium. This place is hands down, the best vape shop in the country. I've personally been to dozens of Dave shops on the East Coast and West Coast in this place stands head and shoulders above the rest. Just moved into the area. Googled vape shops and found this one. Went into check it out Saturday around 11:15am and get a new mod and some coils. I walked around their mods and rda's for 5-10 minutes. No one came over to help. The 2 guys behind the counter were apparently too busy discussing ohm's with what I assume was couple of regulars. Sounding more like a "I'm right and you're wrong" type discussion. Walk over to the group and grab of of the guys attention. I asked him first about a coil for the illusion by geekvape. He said he never heard of it. I began to ask him about checking out some mods. Quite literally, he just walked away from me and continued the "I'm right and your wrong" convo with the regulars. Apparently, they do enough business with the regulars that they don't need new customers. Good thing is that I still have the $300 I was planning on spending. read more

I wanted to update because not only were they open on Easter but when I went in today both guys were very polite. I had gone in for one device , the XROS nano by vaporesso because it was the closest to the voopoo drag nano that I had seen. Once there I saw they had both options. After asking them both their opinions and a few questions they said they thought the XROS would be better. Despite the voopoo being slightly more expensive and what I had originally wanted. The honesty was appreciate, I paid cash again and before asking for a receipt the one who had checked me out already had it printed and was handing it to me. The advice and service today was nice and worth a review switch around. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE ! I've been going here for years , every time spending at least $100 . I generally buy 3 juices and two packs of coils . I've bought several devices as well . Generally the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable . HOWEVER : my last visit has me never wanting to do business with them again ! I bought a juice from them , but when I went to fill my tank like I've been doing since Vaping was invented . The top came off and 90% of the $20 or so juice went all over my floor , didn't even get any in my tank . I drove all the way back out to the store , about a 20 minute drive for me (40 minute round trip) . All the manager said , this has been happening a lot recently, but all he could do is offer me a 50% discount on the replacement . So basically they sold me a product that was defective and refused to replace it . Save yourself some money and buy online or at least buy from a store that values it's loyal customers . They've lost my business and I generally spend $100 a month with them . read more

I've been in this shop twice. Each time, I was asked if I needed help (a plus). The first time, I was looking for coils for an IClear 30. The response I got was, "We don't carry them. Nobody uses them!" I was shocked, since I regularly get them in 3 other local shops. I decided to give them a 2nd chance. When I went in this time I asked for a particular juice. They had it, and asked me what mg nicotine I wanted. When I told the guy I wanted 18 mg, his response was, "Oh, we don't have it in 18. Nobody vapes 18." The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of one is because another employee overheard this guy and made the juice in 18 mg for me. It was very nice of him, and I could tell he was embarrassed by the other guy's behavior. What is wrong with this guy? Not everyone is a cloud chaser. Why not simply say, "I'm sorry, but this shop caters to people who build their own mods, and like lots of clouds." Don't try to make your customers feel like there is something wrong with them just because you don't carry a regular inventory of what they're looking for. Great place with plenty of choices available. Seemed knowledgeable with vape devices. The disposables- good range. I prefer the Esco Bars. However I don't recommend the pink lemonade or the salted caramel flavor. The pink lemonade Esco Bar had a horrible chemical taste. The salted caramel flavor just didn't come through as nice. Root Beer Esco Bar flavor was pretty good. The Rainbow Esco Bar is a good one (fruity but not overly sweet) . They last a long time. I usually purchase this brand online so I was happy to see they have it available. I'm hoping they stock the Asian Pear someday. I ask for it every time. If they do have it in stock I highly recommend that one. Because the products are behind the counter and so far away from being able to clearly see the choices available you can use your phone to scan the code they have on the counter that takes you to their website. From there you can see what's in stock. Parking is kind of tricky. Not complicated, just not a lot of room or spots available during busy times. There is a dry cleaning place next door so if they are busy then spots are taken. They have a rewards plan so you save the more you buy. Everytime I've been there someone was quick and friendly to help. There were always plenty of people working when I went so when it was busy I never had to wait long to be helped. I happened to go the weekend after their Black Friday sale. I wish I had known about the sale because the savings would have been substantial. Maybe, a text out to customers about a sale might be a good thing. Either way, it's my go to place for vapes because they carry the Geek Vape line. Happy Vaping! read more

I went there looking for a brand of liquid I can no longer find. I don't it the address in my GPS and it took me to the smoke shop a few stores down. The owner must own the sole shop and the vape shop. He walked me to the correct store and held the doors. When he didn't have what I was looking for in stock (he knew what I was looking for and the flavor combinations it had) he literally pulled out everything that would be close to it and let me taste them all. I asked for cards for the new vape I have and he knew the vape. He helped me find a better vape that I LOVE. All the juices he gave me to try were dead on the palette and flavors I was searching for. I'm so glad I found this place. They have AMAZING costumer service that is really hard to find now a days. I really recommend going there and just giving them a try for any vape needs. I'm so glad I found them. I was using mail order a lot but now with the changes to USPS it will be too expensive. Good store but I would avoid buying any tank or pod there because they will not replace them if they are defective, even if it is the included pod in a starting kit. This review is broken up into two parts for beginners and veterans/cloud-chasers: For People New to Vaping: a few things set this place apart from other vape shops in the area. They have a very large selection of affordable starter//plug&play/ease-of-use products that can allow you to break into vaping without investing heavily at first. Unlike several other places I've visited in the Baltimore area they have a very sensible markup on their products. I know what prices they are getting their products at for wholesale and the markup on top of that in my opinion shows respect for their customers. This is a family run shop and they absolutely have the tailored-service appeal of one. They will not try to sell you something that you wouldn't like or aren't ready for. their customer service is absolutely the best of the 4 vape shops I have visited in the greater Baltimore area, and they pride themselves on giving 1 to 1 attention of everyone who walks through the door. believe me this place is where you want to go to quit smoking, try out your first rebuildable (they'll build the first coils for you), or purchase an affordable packaged unit that will last you a long time without needing maintenance or much knowledge to operate for all the 9-5ers looking for a good way to stay out of your pack during the day. For vaping veterans: let me start with a little background in vaping to give you an idea of what my opinions are grounded in. One man's trash is another man's treasure so it helps to know if you are on the same page as the reviewer. I learned about vaping and got a crash course in it while working in Las Vegas earlier this year. first setup ever was an Itaste VTR with a kanger aerotank to replace the stock cartomizer. I have and enjoy several drippers including stillaire, plumeveil and tobh. my main interest however, never seems to deviate from VW box mods and bottom coil atomizers. My lineup includes a vaporshark dna30, hana box clone, eleaf Istick, 2 kayfuns, 2 Erlkonigins, an aqua and I plan on adding the orchid 4.0 to my collection soon. I build my own coils, am currently attempting to make my own DIY VW box mod, and love messing around with new technology as it comes out. It's for these reasons that this place has become my vaping candy store! For all you 1%ers out there they have a nice selection of authentic Mods, Hybrids and atomizers for you to get your classy on. Tugboat mods and attys, Viscious Ant Variant, Provari, hiemdall, stingray are just a few big ticket authentics they carry. For all the Cheapskates/Clone lovers in the vaping community, you really really really need to check out this store. every place has clones, and those can come in multiple levels of quality but are all usually sold at a similar price. Not only does the Towson Vaporium offer better pricing on their clone inventory, they offer better clones as well. I was burned a few times initially when buying what I thought was a high end clone, so I spent some time with my favorite vape shop owner in Vegas learning what to look for that can raise red flags in a clone and what indicates it's high quality. I can say after looking at just about everything in this store that they are all very well made clones: copper and brass contacts, well machined threads, smooth button operation... basically nothing made of cheap steel then given a halfhearted paint job to cover up that it's not brass, copper or stainless. if you're familiar with Infinity, EHpro, Yiloong, or Hcigar, 90% of their clones are made by one of these companies. they also have some very affordable "authentic clones" as I like to call them, aka they're an original product that's made by a quality clone manufacturer(Yiloong, EHPro and several others). I can say this with absolute certainty that they have the largest selection of rebuildable dripping and tank atomizers I have ever seen in one location. I love the fact that they have 9 different VW box mods including the Zna50 clone, IPV line and Sigelei. Selection is unsurpassed in my opinion. if you've made it this far in my long-winded review, I'm sure it's obvious that this is my favorite vape shop on the East Coast. I've truly enjoyed my patronage of this business and have been rewarded with a place where I can stop in and feel like I'm at home anytime. Alright so I'll keep this short and sweet. This is how good this place is, I live 50 miles away and I still drive here for my needs.

I was looking for a vape shop near my home and found Towson Emporium. I had been to other vape shops that appeared vacant and a bit creepy. But, when I got to TV, the place was busy and, before the front door was closed, several tech/staff called hello, and offered me coffee. They listened and answered all my questions. I felt like a "regular". The place was busy but he never took his attention away from helping me. You see so many reviews here stress this because you NEVER get this kind of attention and expertise anywhere - especially from a young happy staff. They never try to sell you anything and are more like tech/staff. On my last visit, Brice, a happy, knowledgeable, tech/staff, greeted me immediately. He is a gem! They offer an array of devices, and custom blend your e-juice just for you from over 100+ varieties. It's really fun to go there! read more

After I sent the info, they stayed in close contact, were extremely apologetic and said that this is not how they do business. Great variety of hardware and accessories. Excellent selection of juices. Prices are nothing special. This however is not the store for everyone. The customer service provided by this store is not horrible by any means, but it could stand some discipline. Every time I have been to this location I have been rushed. I was in the store for 5 minutes to get a 30ml of juice and browse the hardware cases, then every 30 seconds the sales guy was like "is that all for you today bro?" I am supposed to come prepared with a list, is this Weis? How do you expect me to look at the 3+ cases of Hardware and buy more when you won't give me the chance? All of this leads to me even feeling uncomfortable to ask a question about your products. Every time I have been to this location I have been treated like a college student. I understand that the location is close to Towson University and I understand that a good amount of your customer base are in fact college students. However, that does not give you a blank check to call every customer that walks in the store "Bro, dude, man, etc." and then be condescending when I ask a question about a product. If your up-sell strategy is to use peer pressure you should be ashamed of yourself. Every time I have been to this location I have heard staff bash other local vape shops. I think it's great that you have your own juice line. From what I've tasted every flavor made here is right on the money with flavor and balance. Everyone is titled to their own opinion. However, once again this does not give you a blank check to bash other Vape Shops call their products, prices, or juice "total s**t". You're an employee of a store. You are representing the store. Please try to understand that you, when on shift, are speaking on behalf of the store. Also, I think it's great that you saw the new Star Wars film with your 6 year old, but I could have done without your immature story about how you wanted to "shove a lightsaber up his a**" in response to a fellow movie goer not wanting to switch you seats. read more

Ok I just left this shop and specified that I wanted the Ego one mega battery and the guy told me that Joytech did not make a ego one mega mod and after I purchased the mod I found the one I wanted and he told me it wasn't out yet and it was released in May. I'm here on business right now and I wish I had a place like this with these people. I could go on about how great of a time I had here and how great the people there treated me. As soon as I stepped in they treated me like I was a customer they have known for years. Their service was amazing. The guy that was working( I forgot his name off hand but it started with a G so I'll just call him G) helped me as soon as I walked in. He didn't pressure me into buying anything I didn't want. I tried frankenvape and wasn't really feeling it (A $20 bottle), but he took out a whole bunch of G2 bottles and offered them for me to try. Before I tried another juice asked Adi (I believe that's he name) to do a fresh rebuild on me. Adi built me a little lower of a ohm that I normally vape, but she did it awesome and it's definitely a build I could vape on all day. She even offered to rebuild it again if it was too warm of a hit but it was great how it was (thank you again!). They both gave me a ton of juices to try and kept offering me more. After spending quite sometime on a not so freshly charged VCT, it eventually gave out. Adi quickly took a spare battery and let me use it while she threw my other in the charger. Also, got a free bottle of water (first ones on the house as the menu of drinks described) which was a nice touch. They have a beautiful bar area and a wide range of juice and mods. Overall, I wish I could give this place 10 stars because I had such good of a time here. I'm definitely stopping back at least once more before I leave. I'm gonna be a little sad when I have to leave this place but I definitely can't wait to come back when I'm back in Maryland. Great prices, even better people, and wonderful service. I bought a Subox mini less than a month ago, and it has suddenly stopped working. I spent about $100 on it and the battery. When I took it back to the store to see what the problem was, I was told that it had to be sent back to manufacturer because the store provides no warranty. It is ridiculous that a store sells expensive merchandise and offers no kind of return or exchange policy. So, I have to buy another vaporizer from the store so that I have one while mine is being looked at? The attitude of the guy that helped me was horrible and I won't be going back. I just think it's important that people know that the store offers no kind of return or replacement on the products they sell. Especially when some are a little expensive. I'm going right up the street to SS Vape to see what they have. Buyer beware!!!!!! Terrible customer service unless you're buying something. Have a problem? Be prepared for no help from the store. -Update: I just left SS Vape in Timonium and had a great experience. I spent about $60 for a temporary replacement. This place has got to be the worst vape store I have ever been to. I have been vaping for quite sometime now and been to most of the vape stores in the Baltimore County area and never had any problems or issues with any products or devices that I've purchased until purchasing items from just this store. Within 30-60 days of purchasing not one but two Smok Xpro M80 both devices stopped working completely and have an error message that says check atomizer no matter what tank or dripper I put on them. After calling the store, I was told to bring the devices in and they would help me but that was oh so untrue upon arriving there. I was told that running a subtank nano on the M80 could be the problem by one female, another had asked me if the 510 was adjustable? Really, blame it on a subtank nano??? Then you sell a device and don't know what the 510 is on it, then want to ask how tight the tanks have been screwed on??? Seriously...because any of that has anything to do with the fact that not one but two devices both broke in the same manor, doing the same thing and both from your store. But you don't give receipts with purchases and you say to bring the stuff in... For what... To argue with the customers and tell them...Oh well, so sorry but nothing I am willing to do for you. Even after showing an email from Smok themselves saying that it is the vendors responsibility to either repair, replace or refund the product they still do nothing at all. But yet they have no problem at all in taking my money and selling me defective devices. What a joke this place is...but I guess that is why they have a Better Business Bureau...because believe me complaints have been and will continue to be filed. read more

Hands down best service awesome people had me laughing the whole time taught me how to use my cool jig instead of forcing me to buy another one which was amazing of Dan. They had a wide variety of juices very overwhelming at first but Dan was awesome helped me pick out a nice set up and he kept saying how dope it was he loved it showed it off to a few people I felt like I knew them for years he was awesome he also did a build for me which was even better! I am definitely going to be going back it's worth 8$ to go over the bridge to go to that store they know what they are talking about and they don't force anything on to you. They also don't cheat you out of anything. Or make you spend more then you want to! I absolutely loved being in that environment! I also had one of the owners come up to me because I was close with one of their regulars and she was amazing to me was helping me out gave me some good advice which many shops are very uptight about helping other shops!
