Very little inventory and what is there is expensive, almost double what it msrp pricing.

I have grown to become very disappointed with the lack of knowledgeable customer service here. My first time coming here was a great experience, but the last two were terrible. Let's start with the first: I was greeted by a very well-informed employee who helped me choose the right e-juice, informed me on my vaping device and replaced a very old atomizer, and even topped it off with a 10% discount because locals get a discount. That is what I was told. Now, the second time: I was greeted by a different employee who looked like he couldn't be bothered helping me. He knew absolutely nothing when asked about the atomizer I had purchased there. He told me that they didn't sell them there. I told him that's absurd because I bought it there. It literally took me whipping my damn phone out and showing him the receipt that was emailed to me that shows I had purchased that atomizer there. Then suddenly he knows where to look. He opens the drawer behind him and pulls out the atomizers I was looking for. I asked if I can get the locals discount applied to my purchase. He looks at me as if I'm trying to pull a fast one. He had to step away and call, I assume, the shop owner or a manager, and asked if locals get a discount or are discounts given out to customers at the employee's discretion. Big turn off. This only showed me there was definitely a lack of communication at Vape3One. What really took the cake was that there were wallet-sized cards on the glass top that read "10% off". My third time here, and definitely my last, wasn't quite as disappointing as my second. I noticed I got the same employee from the second time and thought, "Well, great. Might as well turn back now." I went in anyway to buy some e-juice and buy a new glass tube for my broken sub tank and asked to use the locals discount. SURPRISE! No glass tube replacement and I was told that they stopped the 10% locals discount. I bought my $27.19 e-juice and left. I went to the other smoke shop by the OTTER's DEN and even though their vaping section is small, I received the customer service I was expecting to receive from a solely-vape store. They didn't have the glass tube, but it didn't stop them from trying to find one in the store. I noticed they did have the exact same e-juice I had just purchased from Vape3One. Same size and nicotine content. I asked how much and the employee told me $20 out the door. Needless to say, I won't be going back to Vape3One. read more

My experience with Vape3one has been a frustrating one. Upon entering the store I wasn't greeted by the staff and they seemed unaware of my presence. I'm new to vaping so I came to the shop looking for some guidance. Once i got their attention they seemed like they were giving me the shortest answers just to get rid of me faster. They weren't very helpful with giving me any suggestions either. Overall, the staff members really gave off the vibe that they didn't want me in their store. They had a pretty decent selection of items but however i needed some help from someone who was knowledgeable and i didn't find that there so I wen't to Nor Cal Smoke Shop in Monterey where I was treated like a valued customer. read more

These guys stayed open late for my friends and I when we were traveling through town. First just want to say is that staff is very knowledgable and extremely helpful. They carry range of hardware from beginners and for those who are more advanced, lots of colors to choose from. Aside from devices, they have a lots of options and variety of juices at a reasonable price. They a have a cool lounge area with a tv for entertainment. The owners erik & Allen also informed us that they have another location located at the bluefin in monterey. Best vape shop hands down in the Monterey area! read more

Came here on a quiet afternoon. One person at counter building a mod. I was left waiting for some time with out even being acknowledged. Finally another worker showed up and I told them what I wanted, they ring me up and the total came to 43$ for one bottle of juice that costs 20$-25$ else where. This could have been a specialty brand bottle but I inquired about other similar sized bottles and they were overpriced by 7-10$. They were also out of stock on one of the items I was looking to purchase. Thank you for being in business but I will go elsewhere. read more

Great little shop. Didn't catch the names of either of the guys that helped me out, but they were super helpful. I came in for a new set-up and some juice. I let them know what kind of mod I was looking for, and they pointed me towards two of the smaller box mods they had in stock. One of the guys walked me through their juice offerings and got a feel for what kind of flavors I like to vape. In and out in probably 10 minutes and left with a Smok OSub kit and some Naked Hawaiian Pog. Knowledgeable and kind staff, clean, nice looking shop, and a smooth transaction. This isn't a tobacco shop it's an electronic cigarette smoke place. The fellows who we're hanging there were really nice and helpful. Unfortunately I dint find a real cigar shop but they sent me to "Puff n Stuff" on reservation road which does have a VERY limited selection at high prices. But hey, if you really want a cigar, they've got one! read more

Glad there is finally a friendly and convenient vape shop around Seaside that has everything I need for my vape. Must try the Miss Samoa e-liquid if you're a fan of Samoa Girl Scout Cookies. Vape3one's new location is convenient for my daily commute home. The staff showed great customer service & were very helpful with selecting juice flavors. Plus, they always seem to get in new juice lines. My current favorite flavors are Miss Samoa & Funky Monkey from Driptonic & Hatter from Vaping Rabbit. I suggest giving those a try. They're also able drill out your atomizers & wrap you a fresh new coil. I bought a Nimbus atomizer & had it drilled out to 3/32" & dual micro-coiled with cotton. WOW!!! The flavor & the vape production is exactly what I was looking for! I will definitely check them out again since I need to pick up some new batteries for my Stingray. Great shop and absolutely love the atmosphere of the place. Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly that I find myself just want to go back to hang out! They have a huge product selection and my friends and I Love that. I will contact them for shipping some items to me since I live in Chicago and I really don't like any of the places here. I needed help with two vape pens and not only did Abrena help me but she discounted my purchase and even went outside to find me when some of my coils were left inside and since I had to make an extra trip she offered me a free shirt of my choice which I love! They even assembled both of my vapes for​ me including my custom build. I'm thrilled with the service I received and from now now on they have all my future business.
