This vape shop is outstanding! I've been in many vape shops in the city of Indianapolis, however none of them are like Vape's N Things. The 1st thing that caught my attention was their sign. Seems like most vape shops are hiding or hidden away. Vape's N Things however is easy to spot from 71st and Michigan Rd. The second thing (an most important) is how the staff treated me as well as other customers. I was greeted and offered assistance as soon as I walked in the door. That alone is usually enough to get my return business. The next thing I'd mention is the quality and quantity of the selection at Vape's N Things. I was one word -amazed- because I just came in to see the selection of vape juices. I wasn't expecting to see the varity of Mods, Hookahs, Atomizers, tobacco accessories, as well as the vape juice selection. To top it all off the "Vape Bar" made this my go-to spot for juices; again a friendly staff member was able to help me as well as other customers and allowed me to sample from their large selection. When patronizing any business, Customer Service is PARAMOUNT for me & in addition to being a black owned business, the knowledgeable, courteous staff keeps me coming back! The product selection is varied & priced right, you are never bombarded by pushy staff. The atmosphere is such that you feel as if your chillin' with your tribe, whether playing a game of chess/checkers or kicked back vibing to music and dope conversation. I generally don't have a reason to visit smoke shops, but Vapes n things has a lot more than smoking accessories. Love their quality of CBD products and that they're at a great competitive price! The staff greets you as soon as you enter the door and they're very knowledgeable and friendly. The shop's good vibes, bright atmosphere and modern look definitely makes it one of the best in town.
