I'm changing my review. The bald guy with the white beard…read moresaid he and I quote, "was gonna BEAT MY ASS" because I touched his vape. (Sounds a little over the top doesn't it? But it happened) I went in there to buy a new vape, juice and a disposable for my mom. I was courteous, and had got there first, before 2 customers came in and I stood there patiently at the vapes and told him he could help them. The scenario went exactly like this: I stood there looking at the vapes and saw a vape sitting on the end of the counter, on my side, it looked like one I wanted so I picked it up to look at it, and while ringing a customer up he stopped what he was doing, came over, got in my face and yelled at me, something like "don't touch what's not yours" and "how would you like it if someone came in your house and touched your stuff". When it's not even HIS store. I know this, because he's told me it's not before. I may look like a kid in person, but I'm not, I'm 27 and I'm not gonna let someone talk to me like that and let this slide. And he knows me anyways. But yet he treated and scolded me like a child. I told him I was sorry but he was really pissed for honestly no good reason. He never accepted my apology, and said things like "How am I supposed to hit this now after you had your hands all over my mouthpiece" and I responded that I never touched the mouthpiece, and I didn't. I literally just looked at. Then after he's done with the customer, he marches over to me all red in the face and wide eyed and said, "WHAT DO YOU WANT." He wasn't calming down, and I kept saying I was sorry, (I'm a polite person and I get flustered, but I know how to control my anger), and he said something about how "you're lucky I didn't beat your ass". And I just said, "ok, I'm not buying here". And here's the Kicker, he then immediately says, "Thats probably a good idea." And starts picking up my stuff to put it back. And as I'm leaving I say I'm sorry again, firmly, but he's still pissed and muttering to himself, "Piece of shit". And he can deny it all he wants but he said that under his breath a few times. So I guess be careful what you touch or say in "HIS house" lol or he might "Beat your ass". Vape Pro has just officially lost a customer for Life. I'm never going back there again. That man is never in a good mood. But I'm an easy going person, and it's close so I dealt with it. There is a Vape Shop right across the street that has now gained a new customer called Wade Hampton Tobacco and Vapor. The lady there is very welcoming and much nicer. I guess I should thank the the guy lol. He is honestly a Detriment to that business. People WILL start looking elsewhere and the shops are popping up all around it, with much more selection. And I would advise anyone reading this to look elsewhere and think twice before giving them your business until something is done about that man. The other workers are just fine. I had to stop and write this immediately so I could remember word for word what he said to me. This happened less than 10 mins ago on May 22, 2022. I hope you get reprimanded. You don't talk to customers like that, no matter what they did. It's not YOUR house. It's a place of business that you don't own. But I guess you feel entitled enough to think so. I wish you would've hit me and see where that lead you. What gave you the bright idea it was ok to threaten customers, for ANY reason? But the words you said to me were uncalled for, for anyone and especially toward a long term customer like myself. This man doesn't deserve anyone's business. Good Luck.

I'll also a recording on social media of how I was treated as well as the location and outward appearance of this location so that you can be sure to avoid shopping here I came in today to purchase a bottle of seven pure for my mother who suffers from brain tumors. I have bought this product several times over the past few years from several locations all over Greenville, who all happened to know who I am personally very well. I even bring some of these employees lunch from my employer when I'm able to do so. Unfortunately, today I just so happen to be shopping at Publix so decided that I would stop at smokers club which is in the public shopping center. I spent $58.62 on a bottle that says it has 10 pills. Inside the bottle. The same bottle that I purchased everywhere else frequently and have never had any issues upon opening the bottle while still in the parking lot with my car windows down and visible for their cameras, I noticed that there were actually only five pills in this bottle. The cashier told me there was nothing he could do about it. He could not replace the bottle nor refund me my money that I should have opened the bottle before leaving the store. Everyone knows this about their vapes, but not one person has ever been told to open their bottle of before exiting the store that is a lie. So he has me wait on the manager after I've requested the owner several times not the manager for her to come in with her six or seven-year-old child and also refuse to put me in contact with the owner. She then continues to tell me there is nothing that she can do and that never happened before. has it to me, which is why I am upset and would like either my money back or the item replaced. There were exceptionally rude and the cashier the entire time as if this were funny. I'm sure that with his statement that I was the first one opening the bottle, he kind of gave himself away in the fact that he is opening bottles and taking out crayon before trying to sell them as full product. I've reported this to the Better Business Bureau and will be making a report on Facebook X and anywhere else that is possible to make a review. How dare they have me stand there for an hour waiting for a manager to come fix the issue to then refuse to fix the issue. It's a whole lot less about the money, although nearly $60 is a good chunk of change and a whole lot more about the way I was treated as a paying customer inside that store, but I have plenty of free time and I will not stop until I have made contact with the owner or my money has been refunded. I will let everyone in Greenville know that there's a 50% chance they'll be ripped off if they shop at this club, tobacco, and vape shop beside Publix on Pelham Road.

We were greeted by one of the employees who was nice and recommended a few things but that didn't help us as we didn't know exactly what we needed. A second employ then arrived and took the time to explain in great detail differences in products, explained the meanings, and sample different juices. Because of the time he took we both walked out with purchases and were very happy with the knowledge we gained and the choice of products we purchased. If you are new to the vape scene, have questions, and/or don't understand something please talk with Sid. He is patient and knows what he is talking about.
