I stopped in the store because I needed Vape juice. I get in there and I ask for the two brands that I normally use. They don't have either brand. Ok... so what brand do you have? We only carry our own brand. Well I really need the juice so I say give me something iced and berry. They grab me a bottle and say it's $21. I'll look at the bottle, and I ask is this 60 mL? They said no it's only 30 mL. OK I want 60ml. they grab it bring it to the counter and proceeded to tell me it's $31 and some change. Are you insane... This is an offbrand Vape juice and you're charging an astronomical amount 60 mL. I said if this wasn't an emergency I'd walk right out of here due to that price. They said well on your next visit you'll get 10% off. I will never walk into that store again... An offbrand juice for $31. THEY ARE OUT OF THEIR MIND!!! read more

I've never been in the store, but I read several bad reviews of the place... which motivated me to call them, as I am not from the area and was looking for a local spot to grab rolling tobacco. I spoke to an employee named Rudie, and he was exceptionally pleasant. He informed that his store does not carry what I'm looking for, but gave me 2 locations, near to his store, where I could make such a purchase. I thanked him and he wished me well and I felt a genuine grooviness in his cadence and enjoyed the short, yet direct, chat. So 5 stars for that! Overpriced on many of the common products. MVP2 is $60 which is $ 10-20 more than other local stores. Micropuck was same price as online, which is good. No selection of advanced regulated mods above 11w MVP2. Handful of Innokin products. (I would have liked to see iStick or the eLeaf line as well) Looked to be a few HCigar made Mech Mod clones and RBAs. Batteries instock appeared to be a range of EFest IMRs. Very very limited selection of clearomizer tanks. Limited selection of RTAs. They did have a Russia 91% clone, but no Kayfun Lite Plus v2 style clones on display. Kanthal A1 wire was like $3/3' which is insanely over priced. Poor starter set value. I saw some total junk "bubble wrapped" starter ecigs packages in the display. Their "better" starter set was a double eGo for $80+. Similar eGo-sized starter kits at other local stores are $20-30 cheaper and include 30ml bottle of juice. (News flash to new vapers: 1100mAh ego sized batteries shouldn't cost you more than $15/ea. If a kit contains 2, thats $30. Then 2 tanks at $7/ea for evod style. Thats +$14. we are up to $44. chargers tend to come with them, otherwise its $5 for it. At about ~$50. Charging $80-95 for a starter set is absurb and is a disservice to those who are looking to quit. Remember the razor method. Make the razor cheaper to sell more blades. Sell the battery cheaper and youll sell more eJuice. IF you price out junky low end ego batteries too high, people will keep smoking). Their house juice is 30ml ~$16.99 in translucent PLASTIC bottles. That's a star loss right there. For the price of the house juice, it's tacky to use plastic. Child-safe, amber glass bottles with droppers cost ~$0.10 more than plastic, but it would have been worth it. Put some pride in your product. I didn't try the flavors. I didn't want to vape out of disposable clearomizers with juice being shelf stored in translucent plastic bottles. One staff member was nice but not overly knowledgeable. The other told a customer she smoked when drinking. Limited product range. Not really a vape bar atmosphere. Clean looking, but the back of the store where there appeared to be a desk for talking to people about starting vaping was a little dark. Overall, I feel like this place is missing the mark by a wide margin. That's the downside of franchising. My gut says this place feels like it is a non-Vaper just trying to cash in on the vaping community, not knowing what they typically want. I have been a loyal customer to the Vapor Galleria brand for just about a year now. I recently bought a new battery set up with an attachment that flips the tank down. I bought this $5 attachment on May 25, 2015. Now that it is out of warranty, which I was now advised is only 30 days, by about two weeks I was told I have to buy another one because they have found that the attachment wears out. I always relied on Vapor Galleria for being knowledgable. This has completely soured me on Vapor Galleria. I will not patronize a Vapor Galleria again. The staff are friendly knowledgeable people, and are more than willing to help with any questions relating to vaping, from intro stuff, to helping you build your first coil on an RDA. The selection of mechanical mods and RBA/RDA's is a bit lacking (In my opinion, the mech mod stock consists of sleek smooth stuff, and outlandish light-saber type things, no middle ground) There's an excellent variety of tank systems, ranging from entry level eVo tanks, to kayfuns and nautilus's. the selection of regulated mods, on the other hand, is lacking a bit, ranging from ego twists to MVP2's. No high end regulated mods, but that's fine by me as I run unregulated. There's a decent selection of 18650 batteries, ranging from panasonics rated at 6.8A to Efests and VTC series rated around 30A. Now the real reason I keep coming back, the juice. While it's a little pricey (16.99 for a 30mL bottle) it's well worth it. I've yet to try a flavor that I didn't like, and with over 100 juices to choose from, there's a large selection. The sample bar is free and unlimited (or I've never hit the limit yet) and yes, you will be sampling it off a disposable clearomizer on an ego twist, but that's perfectly OK for free. My only major gripe is the strict "No hanging out" policy, which is understandable as the strip mall Vapor Galleria is located in expressly forbids it, however I'd like to be able to go in, chat a bit with the staff, and leave without buying anything, but I've been asked to leave for trying that. All in all, Vapor Galleria, while not perfect, is a definitely worth a visit, whether you're a new vapor or an experienced one. Just don't expect a lounge, it's very much a retail store. read more

I used to LOVE this place, until I was sold liquid that was so sweet it would just keep burning. My ? To them was, why would you even sell this liquid if you have to keep replacing the coils inside? That's 18$ a day just to enjoy this flavor? Went to saying they have to replace their drip cotton. Well that's all awesome but I'm not replacing Cotten, I'm replacing 18$ coils. Never again will I shop there. Wouldn't give me my money back and wouldn't admit their faults. read more

Used to be a great place to get eliquid but recently the place is filled with vape smoke and the windows are filthy..it's embarrassing to walk in. They also recently changed their bottles and now the caps fall off while pouring out eliquid. Not once or twice either, since they changed to these dark bottles, each time I've boughten a bottle the cap has come off and spilled all over my hand. I'm the only smoker in my office and I've had eliquid spill all over my desk multiple times (before going out to smoke). Luckily there's a new place opening up down the street that I'm very much anxious to try. Also, when I bought my ecig there, I was talked into buying a mech-mod for over $100. Recently one of the new employees saw my ecig and went on and on about how I shouldn't have gotten this one and instead a vape box... Don't know if they got new management but I don't think I will be returning anymore and it is unfortunate because they do have good eliquid but just don't seem to be making the effort they should be. read more

They sell you whatever they think you need n if the merchandise is no good they don't care to help you out. They tried to make me buy a new one n forget about the 120.00 bucks I had already spent. Worst vape shop EVER! I have purchased 3 vapes now from this place that never made it to a coil change. I should not have gone back there but it's next door to my job. Save yourself the trouble and do not purchase anything from this place. Management is a joke. I purchased an istick pico 3 weeks ago. My tank began leaking after a week. I brought it back in and was told that the employee screwed it too tightly when setting it up. A week and 1/2 later it starts leaking again this time into the battery terminal causing a shortage. I was told by many people that there was a previous employee that screwed them too tightly causing damage to the o rings. Because of this they have had a lot of refunds lately. The employee, Rudy was very kind but had to call management as there wasn't much he could do. This so called manager, Corey is a jerk. He couldn't manage his way out of a paper bag. He said that he could not refund me because of the type of damage. It's a bull****. I will be calling headquarters asap. I suspect that the 5 star rating from Ryan is a fake as it's the only positive feedback. This place sucks read more

If I could give no stars I would . This is the worst vape shop ever created. There juices are crappy and cheaply made. Full of PG barely any VG. Even the HIGH VG flavors still have HIGH PG As well. The people told me they had no chemical additives and they were full of chemical additives. They charge $250 for a Wismec Realux RX200 AND I GOT IT ONLINE FOR $45 authentic!!!! They are a rip off I would never go there for anything!! They need to change! read more

There is goods and bad's about this shop, they are overpriced and some of their younger aged staff is not to friendly. There is one gentlemen who works there that is middle aged and is probably the only reason i will come back as he was excellent with helping me find the right battery and was super courteous and friendly. The other staff appeared to be very rude and rushed me and every time i would ask a question this person would give me a really quick and rude answer to it. ONLY go on weekends when this gentlemen is here or else you will get very sub-par service. read more
