It was in my spam box, I found it. There is no mention of a monthly fee in that email. They are major scammers and try to initiate a monthly charge of about $14.95 in my account. Once I noticed that It was hell to get it cancelled. First Purorewards says they are going to send an email about your password which I tried multipl;e times and never got it. Then I got the run around from Cigar international back and forth to PuroRewards. It took my a few hours and several calls and transfers to cancel it. This should be illegal business practice. I hope a law firm bring a class action lawsuit against both companies. You would expect this kind of trickery from shady eastern Europe. I liked the cigars but would never do business with cigar international again. I recently placed an order and when I went back to check the order status, it just showed as "processing." I tried to contact them by way of chat and it kept telling me it was going to connect me with someone, but it never did. This went on for a couple of days and finally I got frustrated and canceled the order. Lo and behold the day I canceled it showed up in the mail! Had it not shown up this would have been a one star review. I've been ordering from pipes and cigars.com for probably about 20 years now and the only advice I can give them is if they want to stay in business their customer service department needs a major overhaul, needs to get in gear and take care of their customers! Before I was able to poor my self a drink. The Spanish Latina women approached me saying she is the general manager and she takes highly offense that I did not give her any of my liquor, forcefully throwing me out screaming, and trying to flip chairs on me. I'm not sure if she was intoxicated or highly sedated. She threw me out declined my business and told me today is not a good day and she's gonna close down the shop.. this place is terrible I'll never go back !
