I've been vaping or almost 6 years. My usual shop recently closed, and I've been searching or a new shop to meet my needs. A reasonable selectio o E- Liquid and Vaping devices is important to me. Just as important is knowledgeable customer service. What I've found in a ew shops is terrible customer service, like it's too much trouble to even wait on a customer. At others a very limited selection. This morning I stopped in at Vapor Headz in Sarasota. What a GREAT experience. Wide selection of liquid and devices in several brands. The gentleman that waited on me was friendly and very knowledgeable. Showed me a couple of devices, made suggestions as to a liquid I'd like and answered questions, even offering suggestions to solve a problem with a device purchased from somewhere else. Vapor Headz has a new regular customer. I will unconditionally recommend this shop to others!! PS; I've spent 33 plus years in various customer service positions, so I think I'm qualified to state that the service I received was top notch! read more

I've been buying all of my vape products from this store for the last 6 months. Always had good experiences until this. Went in to buy a replacement coil for a tank they sold me and they told me they don't carry those coils anymore. So I leveled with them because I wanted to continue to do business with them and decided to buy another tank that they have a steady supply of replacement coils for. I get home and find out the tank doesn't work. Now, I'm a full time single father with 2 daughters and it's hard to find time to come in to the shop so I wasn't able to come back until 6 days later when I found time. I walk in the shop and the redhead kid working there looked like he wasn't in the mood to help anyone from the start. I told him I purchased this tank and it doesn't work. He told me immediately there's nothing I can do for you. Didn't look at it to see if there was a compatibility issue or something I could do differently or some silly easy fix. He was completely cold and unengaged. I said so you guys sell a loyal customer a faulty product and he's sol? He said without a receipt I can't help you. I went on to get very upset because of how cold and uninterested he was to help the loyal customer that I was. Later in the convo he tells me maybe if it was within 24 hours we could exchange it or something but it's been 6 days and points at the tiny little all sales are final sign on the counter. So which is it? All sales or final or maybe within 24 hours we can return it? Can't advertise it both ways! I handled this disrespect very poorly and that's on me. I'm man enough to admit that. But there is absolutely no excuse for this poor customer service. I will not be shopping there and will be warning everyone I can that they don't care about their customers and if you get ripped off they will send you away with out batting an eye no matter how loyal you are. If the manager would like to prove to me that it was an isolated incident with a bad sales rep I am willing to negotiate but until then you just threw away hundreds to thousands of $ in future business for $20. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND using cash for any purchases here as they some how charge your card double when purchasing anything. Word to the wise, and owner obviously denies this happening! BE CAREFUL out there! read more

Tried this shop 3 times and the old man that is there on Saturdays is rude and let me know very rudely that they do not stand behind their products. I told him the vape pen I bought was leaking and he told me that was impossible!? He kept telling me I was wrong. Won't go back to a shop where the only employee argues with customer and can't even smile or greet you when you come in. Many other choices. read more

I wanted to update on my review from earlier today. I called back to speak to the manager about how poorly I was treated and he LITERALLY started yelling at me calling me,"lady" . At one point he said, " How about you keep the stuff you bought and I'll refund your money right now . That's how bad I don't want your business. Act like you never came here." I said, " no problem I'll get you my card info!" He stated he didn't need it and he would just do it then . But of course that quickly changed and he said I had to bring the stuff back to get my money and then the phone hung up. I called back and he told me if I wanted my refund I had to bring the stuff back in . I explained he had just told me so rudely that I could keep it and get my money back . He said , " what do you just want free stuff !?" I don't want free stuff !! I want good customer service ! Thats the entire reason I called in the first place!!! He told me something along the lines of" LADY WRITE A REVIEW . DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO BUT JUST ACT LIKE YOU NEVER CAME HERE." I asked at one point if i could record how he was treating me because thats the worst I have ever been treated by anyone in customer service and for it to come from the MANAGER as well. Shame on them. The owner needs to do something about how customers are treated !!! I would NEVER recommend this place. Period. I would actually tell anyone who asks about my experience. read more
