That alone speaks volumes on the customer and knowledge of the product. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE WASTING THIER MONEY OR TIME AT VAPIN LIZARD. MORE LIKE A HANGOUT THEN A RETAIL STORE. As I came in they were a little busy, the employee was helping another customer but still acknowledged me. The shop is pretty neat and tobacco/smoke odor free. The store is organized well products on shelves and on the showcase displays. They carry a variety of nicotine based vapes, cartridges as well as CBD products. The employee that came over to assist me was very knowledgeable about the different products regarding different brands of vapes, price range, quality and functionality. This is Deb, Paul's wife. I have been looking for a new Vape shop ever since Wicked closed. My…read morehusband and I went to this establishment and purchased a vape unit, battery and battery charger holder (total bill: $90+). Jack, who helped us, was very kind, helpful and patient. He also wore a mask, which we very much appreciated since we were in close proximity for a good amount of time. It turned out that the battery was defective; it would not fully charge. The holder for the battery that plugs into the wall for charging was also defective; it kept flashing between a red and green light the minute we plugged it in. The very next day my husband returned to the store with the battery and holder. Hunter, who was working there that day, proceeded to give my husband a hard time, because, according to him, since the battery had charged some, it was still of use. He finally gave my husband a new battery. During their interaction, in reference to Jack, he either said Jack was an idiot (which is what my husband heard) or that Jack "was acting like an idiot", which is what he later told me he said. So much kinder, isn't it? I called Hunter and asked to speak to the owner. He said he would not give me the owner's phone number because of privacy concerns. I then asked for the owner's name, and he said he could not give me that either, again citing privacy concerns. I gave him my phone number and asked that the owner call me. He never did. I then went to the store. Hunter was there. He was not wearing a mask. He told me he was the manager. Of course, he is! Managers refer to their workers or their actions as idiots all the time! Wow, that sure inspires a lot of confidence in a customer. Given that the owner never called me, I can see where Hunter got his training. I would have been a new, repeat customer, as vape users are.
