Have been going to see the guys at Vapor Image since they opened their doors in Hanover and I plan to continue my support for them during this exciting move to Hanson. Walking into their store doesn't just feel like I'm walking into a random business, if feels like I am walking in to see some friends. As a woman, there are a lot of vape shops that feel like a boys club, but I never feel weird or excluded going in here. The staff is always so friendly and quite knowledgeable. They are always willing to take the time to answer questions, help me pick out a new juice or just chat for a few minutes. I will always recommend this store to anyone I know who vapes. read more

Customer service sucks!! Ask a simple question and acted like i interrupted his busy life watching tv in there... if I wanted a crappy attitude I would call Update:::::: I had to come back in a pinch. The same guy who made me swear to myself I would never come back was a tad better. I still walk in now 2x with a chip on my shoulder after the extreme crap service I had the first time but each time it's slightly better than the last. I still do will go out of my way to go to south shore Vapors but with this location seriously 4 min away I had to give it another go. 1 massive bad first experience. 2nd not awesome but I also have a chip on my shoulder and not as bad and 3rd visit better than second. read more

Was in need of juice and a place to hang out during a pretty snowy day while working in the Hanover area. Got a recommendation to swing by Vapor Image and went straight there. Eric (owner) was working and had a positive attitude and greeted me as I walked in. He was and is very knowledgeable and has much love for the vaping community as does his employees. I have been frequenting this shop for months now. And have to say its my go to for supply and all around vapor related products. The staffing is tremendously helpful and knowledgable about their products, which by the way are all Industry standards and brands leading the charge. The pricepoint on every single item is at market value or BETTER! No price gouging like many other resources. They stand behind the products they sell and will answer any question to the full extent possible. Hands down the way a business should be run. This business model should be the standard. Rewards system Discounts Bundles Large selection Drive to help make Healthier choices 100% They CARD! Which is a huge plus in my eyes! Making sure we as vapers don't lose our rights because of faulty choices to make a buck or two If I had to offer up any criticism at all it would be to try and focus on more customers at a time. Great place, selection, and staff. Educational, as well. Giving me a sense they seem to care about my vape experience. Quitting smoking is NOT a one size fits all situation. They get that and worked with me to find devices that fit my need. I feel like I'm more than just a sale to them. read more

Vapor image is the one place where I like to buy my juice. However I bought a new mod and asked multiple times to show me how it worked... even something as simple as showing me which way batteries went in. I've been suffering from seizures and told the new employee I needed extra help with this but he would not give me any time of day. He broke my glass on my on my tank which he did pay for; although I just spent an arm and a leg to get a snit one, but two of the same devices because he was like that show me which way the batteries went in. Then walks in the manager who put me down multiple times saying "I should know better". What's a girl got to do for a little assistance? So I ended up buying a second mode with ZERO discount and I wouldn't recommend customer service.
