In the last year, all of that Management left and things have just gone downhill. They have what I vape. My vape juice has gone up 25%, when at other stores across town the price 25% cheaper. Their customer service is not great. If one of their products is faulty, they just say yeah that's the way it's been going lately. They don't take responsibility for their faulty products. Even though this place is very close to my home and I've been going there for the last five years I will not be going back.

Constantly tried to upsale me into a more expensive brand of juice, simply bc I pointed out how much more expensive my normal brand was.
