The staff walked us through the room of tons of cigars while he gave us tips on which cigars we might've liked. Once we purchased the cigars, we enjoyed them in the bar/longe area (Cohiba Lounge). The bar was very welcoming a full of regulars. The bartender was Chris. He made one of the best tequila lemon drops I've had. The atmosphere was perfect to enjoy a cigar, cocktail and watch sports. Another plus is the place was well ventilated which is hard to find at most cigar lounges! Chris also provided great conversation and suggestions on places in the area. In the last year, all of that Management left and things have just gone downhill. They have what I vape. My vape juice has gone up 25%, when at other stores across town the price 25% cheaper. Their customer service is not great. If one of their products is faulty, they just say yeah that's the way it's been going lately. They don't take responsibility for their faulty products. Even though this place is very close to my home and I've been going there for the last five years I will not be going back.

Ownership does not encourage the furthering of a hobby or a deepening of education or respect for fine hand rolled tobacco. If this place sells cigars... Fine.. If not.. Oh well. I am perplexed at how this store has remained open for so long. It is now a non smoking cigar shop. Meaning you must choose from their pitiful offerings and go elsewhere. The only thing that ever saved this place for me, was the wait while my wife shopped in the mall. There is now no legitimate reason to ever step foot in this shop again. As a serious cigar enthusiast, this store might as well sell e cigarettes. The only other shop in Norman is on campus corner and is owned by the same people.
