On the box, it had the chocolate as inviting. Milk chocolate looking, with the green and yellow stripes, thick center of pistachio & kunafa. The chocolate that I received looked uninviting. Looked dry, looked more like dark-chocolate than milk-chocolate. No green and yellow stripe at the top, BARELY in pistachio & kunafa center. I had ONE little piece and wasn't pleased, then I noticed the date and it said "Best Before 04.01.2026," so I STOPPED eating it. Today (4.2.2026), I went up there and let them know about it and basically they brushed me off; talking about "shelf life" then went on to say "if we catch something like that (the Best before 4.1.26 date) we usually take it away. I have been a great customer to them and they couldn't either 1.) offer me a new one with a later "Best before Date" or 2.) a refund. I spent so much money in there, one of those two things could have been offered. Given then neighborhood that they're in, they probably thought I was trying to scam them, which I wasnt, that's bad karma. It's funny because after I told them about the date, they took what they had left (which was a lot) down. Smh, once I feel disrespected, it's time for me to move on to the next place. It sucks because they are in a convenient location for me! Anyway, I believe in karma and I feel I was robbed

I had to rearrange my vacation and rearrange a hunt so that I could be here to accept the package. I find out they gave me somebody else's tracking number and when I contacted them about it their response was it was an honest mistake. This is about as unprofessional as you can get. Providing someone with the correct tracking number after a large purchase is not rocket science. Time for me to move onto another distributor that can handle shipping without huge mistakes and take responsibly for the mistakes they do make.

From registration to the final round, everything was organized, on time, and genuinely fun. No chaos, no dark side rulings, just solid event management. The Magic community here is strong. Friendly players, good vibes, and a welcoming atmosphere whether you're a veteran Jedi or still figuring out which lands to tap. It's the kind of shop where you feel comfortable coming back even if you don't know everyone yet. Moon Shot Games has earned a repeat visit. Just walked out of the store and had to write this review because of the poor attitude my husband and I encountered during our visit. We were looking at the displays and Pokemon TCG stuff they had available behind the counter when my husband asked whether they were getting the new set coming out. The sales associate said yes and showed off the new products and stated it wouldn't go on sale until tomorrow. My husband and him joked around about the set when a separate man behind the counter wearing a pink beanie chimed in and stated in a poor attitude to his sales associate, "Hey can you just move that shipment somewhere else so people can stop asking about it?" Which led his sales associate to stop our conversation and leave to move the shipment that wasn't meant to be brought up! No worries on that! You hadn't realize you lost a sale when you interrupted with your negative attitude!
